How To make Rindergulasch(Beef Goulash)
3 tb Vegetable Oil
1 lb Round Steak
Cubed
3 ea Onions :
Medium, Chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic Salt
1 t Paprika
1/4 ts Sugar
2 c Water Hot
1 tb Unbleached Flour
1/4 c Water :
Cold
1/2 c Cream -- Heavy
Heat vegetable oil in a large fry pan or Dutch oven. Add meat cubes and brown well, approximately 10 minutes. Stir in onions; cook until soft. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, and sugar. Blend thoroughly. Pour in hot water; cover and simmer gently about 1 1/2 hours. In a small jar or container, shake or blend flour with cold water. Be sure to break up all lumps. Add to meat about 7 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Stir constantly until sauce is thickened and bubbling. Remove from heat; stir in cream. Serve with noodles, accompanied by a tomato salad if desired.

My recipe is for the German style Goulash mit Spätzle. Spätzle is a German type of pasta which fits perfectly to this mouth-watering dish.
Rindergulasch
400g beef chuck
1 clove garlic
1/2cup or 75g shallots
30g tomato paste
1/2tspn cayenne pepper
1tspn paprika powder
1tspn dried marjoram
100ml red wine
200ml or 1cup beef broth
1tbsp unsalted butter
2tbsp vegetable oil
Spätzle
200g all-purpose flour
2pcs eggs
1/4tspn salt
100ml cold water
Das berühmte ungarische Gulasch! Lecker, sättigend, appetitlich!
„Guyash“ („gulyás“), übersetzt aus dem ungarischen „Viehzüchter“. Sie sagen, dass sie, die ungarischen Hirten, das Rezept für dieses Gericht erfunden haben. Ungarisches Gulasch ist ein wahres kulinarisches Meisterwerk. Gulasch kann auch Hauptgericht einer festlich gedeckten Tafel, eines romantischen Dinners oder eines Familienfestes sein. Kochen Sie echtes Gulasch und spüren Sie den exquisiten Geschmack der ungarischen Küche Frisches Rindfleisch und Gemüse wurden auf einer Weide über offenem Feuer gekocht. Das Gericht war schon immer schmackhaft und sättigend, was es sogar ermöglichte, es in die Ernährung der österreichisch-ungarischen Armee aufzunehmen. 2 Zwiebeln
Olivenöl
Zwiebel anbraten
2 Knoblauchzehen
Fleisch hinzufügen
3-5 Minuten bei starker Hitze braten
Chilischote (optional)
Kreuzkümmel, gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
Paprika, Salz
2 EL Tomatenmark
1 Tomate
1 Pfeffer
Sellerie
800ml Wasser
Vorbereiten
40 Minuten bei schwacher Hitze garen
2 Karotten
3 mittelgroße Kartoffeln
Bei schwacher Hitze 10-15 Minuten garen
Petersilie

Classic BEEF GOULASH Recipe | How to Make a Traditional Beef Goulash | Golaž
Episode 34: One of the best things about authentic food, like a Traditional Beef GOULASH, is it’s ability to provide comfort to people. Goulash is originally a Hungarian dish, however it is a very common dish eaten in Slovenia and many other parts of Europe.
There are several different variations — in this episode Michelle takes us on a journey and shares with us her families favourite version. You have to give it a try!

Ingredients
2-3 onions, diced
2 carrots, Chopped
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 pounds of stewing beef
1 1/2 - 2 cups of water or Beef broth
3 x Bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp’s paprika (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper
Salt (to taste)
*optional: tomato paste (start with 1 Tablespoon - add more to taste)
2 Tbsp’s of oil
1. Add oil to a large pot. Fry onions on medium temperature until they become translucent.
2. Then add the meat with the onions.
3. Once the meat is slightly browned add in the garlic. Mix until the garlic is fragrant about 30 seconds.
4. Now it’s time to add the carrots.
5. Add enough water or beef broth to cover the meat completely.
6. Give it all a good mix, before adding 3 bay leaves.
7. Add some seasoning: salt, pepper, 1 1/2 tsp’s paprika (or more to taste). *This next step is optional: Add tomato paste (to taste)
8. Mix everything together until really well combined.
9. Cover the pot and lower the temperature. Allow the goulash to simmer on low for 3-4 hours. Stirring occasionally.
10. Serve it along with; mashed potatoes, macaroni, polenta, or my homemade gnocchi recipe, a salad and some fresh bread. Dober tek
