Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Almonds
Ingredients:
One teaspoon of White Vinegar
and I use just under a half teaspoong of course seasalt. (or to taste)
You also need a bit of olive oil. I would say about a tablespoon when it all say and done.
Several sprigs of Rosemary.. The more the better.
One cup of water

Roasted Almond recipe, salted, smoked almonds. Caramelized, smoked paprika almonds. Snack recipe.
Salted and smoked almonds, and Caramelized almonds, are the perfect snack for everyone.
This recipe is delicious and so easy to make. As we roast almonds with smoked paprika and sea salt, slow roasting in a pan giving us a delicious nuts, smoked and crunchy.
The ingredients for the smoked Almond recipe are:
1 kg of almonds
Our spices:
1 large spoon of: sweet paprika, sea salt,
1 small spoon of: smoked paprika
1/2 spoon of: ginger, salt, garlic powder
Soak the almonds in water for 30 minutes, then we drain and dry, then we place into a non stick pan and slowly roast them for 2 hours, on low heat.
Once the almonds start smelling of roasted nuts, we lightly sprinkle with water and add our spices, and give a good mix, and continue roasting for another 20 minutes.
The ingredients for the caramelized Almonds recipe are:
100 gr of almonds, smoked and roasted.
15 ml of water
20 gr of brown sugar
Into a non stick pan we place our almonds, and the water and the sugar, and allow to caramelized without stirring for 5 minutes. Then we remove and place on a parchment paper and allow to cool down.
These almonds are the perfect snack anytime of the day, yet the can be used with salads, desserts, chocolate bars and much more.
