How To Make Russian Tea Mix AKA Friendship Tea
Made with Jello and kool aid instead of tang. Here's the recipe: Russian Tea 2 packages Orange Flavor Koolaid (no sugar added - and NOT the sugar free version) 1 large or 2 small package Orange Jello (regular with sugar) 3 cups Sugar 1 cup Instant Tea (unsweetened, unflavored and NOT the sugar free version) 1 teaspoon ground Cloves 1 teaspoon ground Allspice Mix all ingredients together (wear a dust mask if you are sensitive to powders). This makes a 5 cup batch of the mix, so about 5 half-pint jars for gift giving. To make: add one tablespoon of mix to one measuring cup of boiling water, and stir for one full minute to dissolve completely. Enjoy!
