How To make Seafood Sausage
1/2 lb Whitefish, skinned, boned
1/4 lb Salmon, skinned and boned
1/4 lb Shrimps, peeled
2 tb Finely minced onion
1 bn Parsley; stems removed
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 c Egg whites
4 Feet sausage casings
CUT THE FISH IN 1-INCH PIECES. Place all ingredients except casings in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Or, pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder fitted with medium holes. Stuff the mixture into sausage casings or form 2 long sausages in plastic wrap. Poach the sausages in gently simmering water for 5 minutes, drain and let cool. If you have used plastic wrap to form the sausages, remove it when sausages are cool. Cut sausages into 6-inch lengths. To serve, grill the sausages or place under a preheated broiler. Since the sausages are already cooked, we want only to reheat them and crisp their skins. Makes 8 Sausages, or 4 Servings

How to make a delicious fish sausage
Delicious Fish Sausage
This weight loss recipe is inspired by varieties of sausages and the way they are presented.
Fish is a loved protein source and have unlimited way to cook and be presented.
It’s either fried, grilled, steamed or boiled
The fish sausage is made in such away that you have the choice of deciding how you want it to taste by choosing the spices you like. It gives us another way to cook and present fish. In weight loss, fish is an item, depending on how they are presented, boiling, grilling and shallow frying are ideal. Shallow frying has been used for this recipe.
Ingredients:
A medium filleted salmon
Crashed spring onions
Salt
Corn flour
Chopped coriander
1/2 teaspoonful of pepper cones
Method
Blend Salmon to desired texture
Turn into a mixing bowl and add spring onions
Add coriander and any other herb and mix.
Add corn flour, pepper cones and salt. Mix well and wrap in film in pieces and roll each to about 4 inches
Put wrapped pieces into boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove into iced water and remove film.
Brush a frying pan with olive oil and fry, turning to prevent burning.
Serve hot, a condiment for a salad in a weight loss program
