Mama's tea cookies, vegan and gluten free, flavored with anise, easy cookies recipe
Whenever I think of my Mom I think of these simple cookies.
They are simple to make and so delicious to enjoy with a cup of tea &coffee.
Whenever I traveled overseas to see my Mom, she would send me back home with a shoebox filled with these yummies for my family.
*For variation- for gluten-free, just replace the all-purpose flour with a gluten-free mix flour. *For a vegan version, replace the eggs with 1/2 cup flaxseed flour and 1/2 cup soft tofu.
