How To make Sesame Curried Walnuts
2 1/2 c Walnuts
2 ts Sesame seeds
2 ts Sesame oil
2 ts Curry powder
1 ts Salt
2 ts Sugar
2 ts Lemon juice
1 tb Water
1 pn Hot red pepper sauce
Saute walnuts & sesame seeds in sesame oil over medium-low heat, until the walnuts begin to sizzle. Sprinkle curry powder, salt & sugar over the walnuts, stirring to coat. Stir-fry until the curry powder begins to brown, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over the walnut mixture. Stir until thoroughly coated. Allow to cool before serving.

Jaggery -1
Water-3-4tbsp
Coconut -handfull
Method
Dry roast sesame seeds till it starts to splutter .
Lightly roast coconut separately ..
Melt jaggery ..
After cooling down make fine powder of sesame seeds and coconut ..
To that mix add half portion of the jaggery syrup and mix..
check the sweetness and add if needed more..
Make small balls and serve ..
U will get 21 small balls from this measurement ..

These laddus are healthy, tasty, packed with proteins, essential fatty acids, antioxidants and minerals. These laddus are little factories of good health.
These laddus can be made within minutes. You can pack them in kids' lunch boxes and also give them with a hot glass of milk in the morning when they don't have the time for breakfast.
All you need to do is roast some sesame seeds until they pop. Transfer to a bowl. Heat some ghee and fry some raisins until they puff out. Then fry some crushed nuts like almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios. Grind some dates coarsely and add these to the nuts' mixture and add some cardamom powder or nutmeg powder for that magical flavour.
Now mix all the above ingredients well to form the laddus when the mixture is still warm and enjoy.
The leftover laddus can be stored in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator so that the taste remains in tact.
