Dehydrated and pickled jellyfish is considered a delicacy in several Asian countries, including China, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Japan. Dehydrated jellyfish can be prepared for eating by soaking it in water for several hours to rehydrate it, and then parboiling, rinsing and slicing it.
Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, and ginger together in a small bowl; stir into jellyfish and marinate 15 minutes. Place sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium-low heat; toast until golden, about 1 minute. Set aside to cool, about 5 minutes.

Sesame Jellyfish Recipes.
This dish is very easy to cook, delicious, high in protein and low in calories. The Chinese people eat jellyfish around 1000 year ago. The protein in a jellyfish is collagen protein. The study found that the collagen from jellyfish may be the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and bronchitis, as well as make the skin soft.
