Here’s a dish you can make in just about 10 minutes. All of these ingredients are very common in asian cooking. I use these ingredients over and over again in my recipes and I’ve linked everything in my bio on my amazon storefront if you need it!

This recipe is for about 3 servings, but I only made one serving for this video. You’ll need about 1 tbsp of peanut butter for 1 serving of noodles.
ingredients - 300g noodles - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 3 tbsp creamy unsalted peanut butter - pinch of sugar, depending on taste - 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) - 1 tbsp homeade crispy garlic chili oil + more as topping
- 3/4 cup (175ml) leftover water I recommend slowly adding the water as you mix in case you don’t need as much. It will depend on your noodle type and starchiness as well, but the sauce will thicken up as it cools.

what i ate - sesame noodles, soft boiled egg & cheese buldak (korean fire chicken)
what i ate in a day ~
I’m leaving for the east coast soon to visit my family for the holidays, so here’s what I made while trying my best to empty out the fridge.
lunch — sesame noodles + soft boiled egg This is such an easy recipe I like to make and it’s ready in just about 15 minutes. Simply cook the noodles and make the sauce using the ingredients below. Then gradually add in the hot noodle water until you have a creamy consistency.
fresh wheat noodles leftover noodle water (added last) tahini soy sauce dark soy sauce sesame oil chinkiang black vinegar sugar garnish: chili oil, crushed sesame seeds + cilantro
dinner — cheese buldak (korean fire chicken + cheese) Cheese and chicken are always a good idea and the gochujang sauce adds soo much flavor. I cooked it in a cast iron pan, then added cheese and broiled until melted.
Noodles are a girls best friend and these easy garlic sesame noodles are without a doubt my favorite noodle recipe to date! They require just a few ingredients, are gluten free, ready in 15 minutes, and can be eaten hot or cold!
