How To make Skinny Scones(Hh)
1 1/3 c Wheat flakes (with no sugar
-or salt added) 2/3 c Self-rising flour
1/4 c Raisins (plumped)
2 tb Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Nonfat milk
2 tb Margarine, melted, cooled
About 45 calories each. Eat fresh from oven and pass up the butter. Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Coat a medium-size baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a medium-size bowl, combine cereal, flour, raisins and brown sugar. Add milk and melted margarine and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes about 10 scones.

Chocolate biscuit is the perfect biscuit and chocolate biscuits recipe for dessert and when you pop in some chocolate, you have yourself the best chocolate biscuits. This biscuit recipe is nice and easy to make in just 15 minutes.

RECIPES/INGREDIENTS:
* 100 g plain flour
* 75 g unsalted butter
* 1 tsp vanilla flavour
* 1 beaten egg
* 100 g dark chocolate
* 35 g sugar
* 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

METHODS:
* Beat the butter and sugar together until nice and smooth.
* Add the egg and continue mixing.
* Add the flour, cocoa powder and chocolate and keep mixing until smooth.
* Refrigerate the dough for few minutes.
* Roll out the dough and make your desired shape. Top with chocolate.
* Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
* Allow to cool, serve and enjoy.

The butcher, the baker, the grocer and the ironmonger are joined by a dressmaker, and together they must provide a modern town with the exceptional service and luxuriant shop displays worthy of the Edwardians.
The baker's family find themselves running an Edwardian tea shop, while the butchers must sell game in all its gory glory to modern customers. The grocer has trained staff, but the challenge of creating an early 20th century wedding breakfast piles on the pressure.
All the shopkeepers struggle with maintaining standards, and it becomes clear that underneath its glossy veneer the Edwardian high street was a tough place for women and children. 뭐든지 할 때 마다 간만에 인 것 같은데
쿠키종류도 참 간만인 것 같아요ㅋㅋㅋ
제가 좋아하는 재료들이 참 많긴 한데
그 중 하나가 코티지 치즈!!
그래서 예전에 고구마에 코티지 치즈 섞어서
팬케이크로 만든 적 있죠?
그거 은근히 고소해서 몇 번 해 먹은 적있는데
이번엔 병아리콩이랑 같이 섞어봤어요!
삶은 병아리콩 으깨서 만든 쿠키들이야 워낙 유명하기도 하고
저도 만들어 본 적 있는데 식감이 퍽퍽하니
제 맘에 쏙 들어서ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
이왕에 코티지 치즈 넣는 김에 치즈쪽으로 가보자, 싶어서
뉴트리셔널 이스트도 넣었는데
확실히 치즈쪽 풍미가 나서 만족스러웠어요
다만 뉴트리셔널 이스트는 집에 없으신 분들도 계실테니
집에 있는 파마산가루(피자시켜먹고 남아있는 거 하나 쯤은 있으실 듯)
소량 넣으시면 더 치즈 풍미를 느끼실 수 있을 거예요
대신에 너무 많이 넣으면 짜니까 조금만 넣도록 해요ㅋ.ㅋ
이런 쿠키 특성상 약간 도톰한게 좋아서
이왕에 두껍게 할 거 모양도 있어보이게
칼로리 바란스 처럼 만들었는데
베이스들이 워낙에 탄!탄! 한 것들이여서 그럱
간식 치고는 포만감이 좀 있어요
두유나 아몬드 우유랑 같이 먹으면
아마 든든하실거예요+_+

레몬즙 Lemon juice 3tbsp
병아리콩 Chickpea 80g
뉴트리셔널 이스트 Nutritional yeast 1/2tsp
