How To make Spicy Artichoke Dip
1 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Mayonnaise
1 cn (14-oz.) artichoke hearts,
-drained, chopped 1 cn (4-oz.) chopped green
-chilies, drained 1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tb Green onion slices
2 tb Chopped tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles. Makes 2 cups. From: Steve Herrick Source: [Kraft]

2 cans of artichoke hearts
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
3 or 4 jalapeños
The juice of 1 1/2 limes.
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
5 1/2 tbsp mayo
3 tbsp sour cream .
Steps:
1. Drain your artichokes and place them on a cheesecloth or kitchen towel, whatever you have, then squeeze them super tight to get ALL the liquid out!!
2. Then blend your artichokes on a food processor or just chop them until you get a “paste texture”
3. Cut in half your jalapeños and remove all the seeds then cut your jalapeños in little squares
4. On a big bowl combine the rest of your ingredients and mix well
5. Place the bowl in the fridge and voilà!
