How To make Strawberry Chiffon Pie
Chocolate pastry: 1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar
3 tb Hershey's cocoa
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Vegetable oil
3 tb Cold water
== 1 pk Strawberry flavored gelatin
; (3 oz.) 3/4 c Boiling water
1 1/2 c Chopped fresh strawberries
2 c Frozen non-dairy whipped
-topping ; thawed 1/2 c Hershey's semi-sweet
-chocolate chips 1 ts Shortening
= (do not use butter =or margarine or oil) 8 Strawberries

2. In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; cool
slightly. Crush strawberries or puree to equal 3/4 cup. Stir strawberry puree into gelatin mixture; refrigerate until partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Fold whipped topping into strawberry mixture. Spoon into prepared crust. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until set. 3. Line tray with wax paper. In small microwave-safe bowl,
place chocolate chips and shortening. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted when stirred. Dip whole strawberries into melted chocolate; place on prepared tray. Refrigerate, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Just before serving, garnish pie with chocolate-covered strawberries. Cover; refrigerate leftover pie. 8 servings. CHOCOLATE PAStrY: 1. In medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa and
salt. In measuring cup, place oil; add water. Do not stir. Pour liquid over flour mixture; stir lightly with fork until well blended (if mixture is too dry, add 1 to 2 teaspoons additional cold water). 2. With hands, shape mixture into ball. Place between 2
pieces of wax paper; roll into 12-inch circle. Peel off top sheet of paper. 3. Gently invert pastry over 9-inch pie plate; peel off
paper. Fit pastry into pie plate. Fold under extra pastry around edge; flute edge. With fork, prick bottom and sides of crust thoroughly. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, heat oven to 450 F. Bake crust 10 minutes;

EASY NO BAKE STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE RECIPE: Fresh Strawberry Dessert with homemade vanilla wafer crust
This easy, no bake Strawberry Cream Pie recipe is the perfect thing to make when you have fresh strawberries and are wondering what to make with them. It's light and delicious, and is a hit with a homemade vanilla wafer pie crust, although you can buy one ready-made. You only need a few ingredients for this yummy strawberry dessert. And once you've tried it, you'll make it again and again!
Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe
16 oz. (1 lb.) container of fresh strawberries, cut into thin slices (save a few for garnish)
2 Tbsp. (or 1/8 cup) sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 8-ounce tub Coolwhip
For pie crust:
1 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs (or graham cracker crumbs if you prefer)
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Wash and cut up your strawberries into thin wedges and place in medium size bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. sugar and stir. Cover and let sit in refrigerator a minimum of 2 hours, to allow strawberries to break down and form a little syrup/juice. You can even do this the day before, if you have time.
Meantime, you can make the crust. Place vanilla wafers into food processor to grind them into a powder, or place them in a large ziplock back and break them up by running a rolling pin back & forth across the sealed bag.
Place crumbs into a bowl, add in melted butter and mix well. Dump mixture into pie plate and press down with spoon or fingers to form pie crust. You should have an even layer of crust on the bottom and sides of your pie plate. Set aside.
When strawberries have set long enough, add 1Tbsp. lemon juice to them and stir. Empty Coolwhip container into a large mixing bowl. Fold in strawberry mixture until evenly mixed. Then take strawberry/Coolwhip mixture and pour it into pie crust, using a knife or spatula to spread it across evenly. Refrigerate pie two hours to allow it to set. When it's time to serve, garnish it with fresh strawberries and enjoy!

いちごのショートケーキの作り方 Strawberry Shortcake|HidaMari Cooking
四角いいちごのショートケーキのレシピです。
スポンジケーキにはシロップを打ち、間に生クリームを挟んでシンプルに仕上げました。
余った生クリームにいちごパウダーを混ぜて濃いいちご味のクリームを絞れば華やかに美味しく出来上がります。
▷材料:
■スポンジケーキ
全卵 2個
グラニュー糖 60g
薄力粉 60g
無塩バター 15g
■シュガーシロップ
グラニュー糖 20g
お湯 40ml
■ヨーグルトクリーム
生クリーム 200ml
無糖ヨーグルト 100g
グラニュー糖 30g
いちごパウダー 6g
いちご 16~20個
▷作り方:
1.スポンジケーキを作る。ボウルに全卵2個、グラニュー糖60gを入れて、砂糖と卵をよく混ぜる。ボウルの底を湯煎に当てて卵液を30〜35℃まで温める。
2.無塩バター15gを溶かしておく。
3.①の卵液を白っぽくふんわりするまでしっかり泡立てる。薄力粉60gをふるって加え、粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜる。
4.②で溶かしたバターに③の生地をひとすくい加えて混ぜ、③に戻して均一になるまで混ぜる。
5.15cm×15cmの型にクッキングシートを敷き、生地を流し入れる。170℃に予熱したオーブンで25〜30分焼く。
6.焼き上がったら型から外して冷ます。
7.シュガーシロップを作る。グラニュー糖20gにお湯40mlを合わせて砂糖を溶かし、冷ましておく。
8.いちごの準備:いちごは水洗いして水気を拭き取り、ヘタを取り除いて5mm程度の厚さにスライスする。
9.冷ましたスポンジはクッキングシートを剥がして13mmの厚さにスライスする。
10.ヨーグルトクリームを作る。ボウルの底を氷水に当てて、生クリーム200ml、無糖ヨーグルト100g、グラニュー糖30gを加えて筋が残る程度にホイップする。
11.組み立て:スポンジケーキにシロップを軽く打ち、ヨーグルトクリームを伸ばす。スライスしたいちごを並べ、いちごの隙間をクリームで覆うように伸ばし、スポンジケーキを重ねる。同じ工程をもう一度繰り返し、ケーキ全体を薄くクリームで覆い、次の工程まで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
12.残ったヨーグルトクリームにフリーズドライいちごパウダー6gを加えて、均一になるまで混ぜていちごクリームを作る。星口金をセットした絞り袋に入れて冷蔵庫で冷やす。
13.⑪の四辺をナイフでカットして整え、4等分にカットする。ヘタを取ったいちごを対角線上に置き、いちごクリームを絞り、完成です。
