00:00 Strawberry Cream Delight
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Strawberry Jelly 1 Pack (80g)
-Hot water 1 & ½ Cup
-Strawberries 400g
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s cream chilled 400ml
-Condensed milk ¾ Cup
-Instant jelly Strawberries flavor 200g
-Biscuit crumbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add strawberry jelly,hot water & whisk well.
-Let it cool at room temperature until set.
-In a blender jug,add strawberries & blend to make a puree (approx. 1 & ½ Cup) & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add condensed milk,strawberry puree & beat until soft peaks form & refrigerate until use.
-Chop strawberries with the help of knife (approx. 1 Cup) & set aside.
-Cut jelly with the help of knife & mix well with the help of fork.
-Now add chopped strawberries & mix well.
Assembling:
-In a serving glas,add & spread strawberry & jelly mixture,biscuit crumbs,prepared strawberry cream mixture & top with strawberry & jelly mixture.
-Garnish with mint leaf & serve chilled!

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Strawberries slices 400g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
-Instant jelly mix 80g (strawberry flavor)
-Hot water ½ Cup
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 600ml
-Icing sugar ¾ Cup or as required
-Ladyfinger biscuits as required Substitute: Rusks
-Strawberry jam 4 tbs or as required
-Strawberries slices
Directions:
-In a bowl,add strawberries,caster sugar & mix well,let it rest for 15 minutes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add strawberry jelly,hot water and mix well until it thickens.
-Let it cool at room temperature & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Reserve 1/3 of whipped cream & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
-In remaining whipped cream,add prepared jelly,beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
