White Chocolate Chex Mix is an irresistibly delicious holiday treat made with crunchy cereal, pretzels, peanuts, and red and green M&Ms. It's sweet, salty, and super easy to make!
Printable recipe card:
Ingredients
2 cups rice chex cereal
2 cups corn chex cereal
2 cups pretzels Mini twists work best
1 cup salted peanuts
1.5 cups holiday M&Ms divided
12 ounces white chocolate chips
2 tsp vegetable oil or vegetable shortening
2 tbsp holiday sprinkles
Instructions
Add rice chex cereal, corn chex cereal, gluten-free pretzels, salted peanuts, and 1 cup of the holiday M&Ms to a large bowl. Stir until combined.
Add the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a heat-proof bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted. It should take about 60-90 seconds total.
Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
Pour the cereal mixture out onto a baking sheet in a single layer. You may need two baking sheets.
Quickly sprinkle the cereal with remaining M&Ms and holiday sprinkles before the white chocolate sets.
Let harden at room temperature for an hour, or speed up the process by placing the tray in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Not your Grandma's CHEX MIX!
**WARNING: I talk a LOT. If you want to watch someone who doesn't talk, don't watch this video. Seriously--just keep scrolling.**
This is definitely NOT your Grandma's CHEX MIX! This snack mix is packed with flavor and tons of fun, crunchy pieces that Granny wouldn't dream of adding to her batch! I've upped the flavor by adding extra Worcestershire sauce and HOT SAUCE and tons of extra seasoning that make this snack mix a hit with everyone. The beauty of this recipe is that YOU control the heat! Personally, I don't like anything over the top spicy. But if YOU like your Chex Mix to blow your hair off, then by all means, do your thing!! I'd love to hear about what you've added to this recipe to make it your own! Just don't tell Grandma yours i better than hers! LOLOL

Texas Trash | Addictively Delicious Spicy Chex Mix Recipe
Forget that old hum-drum Chex Mix Recipe. This perfectly spiced #TexasTrash is where it’s at!
???? ⬇️ ???? ⬇️ ???? ⬇️ ???? ⬇️
You can print out the recipe here:
This rendition is addictively delicious, thanks to a special blend of spices and we’re also going to swap out a few ingredients that’ll set this rendition far, FAR apart from the others. Just to name a few: Bugles and Bagel Chips. YUM!
It’s got a to-die-for butter sauce that truly sets this #ChexMix apart from the rest. There’s SO MUCH FLAVOR going on in here. Thanks to a simple microwaveable mix of butter, Worcestershire sauce, Tony's Creole Seasoning, seasoned salt, and garlic powder, it couldn’t possibly get more delicious!
Here's What You'll Need:
2 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Rice Chex
2 cups Wheat Chex
1 1/2 cup Bugels
1 1/2 cup bagel chips
1 1/2 cup rye chips
1 1/2 cup pretzel sticks
1 cup unsalted butter cut into tablespoon-sized pieces
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional for extra spicy mix)
How to Make the BEST Chex Mix:
We’ll start by combining a few standard Chex mix ingredients in a big bowl, then I’ll bring in the big guns and show our favorite fun additions!
1. Preheat the oven to 275°F and have ready one to two large rimmed baking sheets.
2. Add the Corn, Rice, and Wheat Chex to a large mixing bowl, along with the Bugels, bagel chips, rye chips, and pretzels. Use your hands to toss until evenly combined.
3. Add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, Tony's Creole Seasoning, seasoned salt, and garlic powder to a microwave-safe bowl. If you want the mix to be extra spicy, add the hot sauce as well. Heat at 30-second intervals, until melted.
4. Drizzle the melted butter evenly mixture across bowl cereal mix and use your hands to gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Be sure to wash your hands well.
5. Add the mix to the rimmed baking sheet in a layer no thicker than one inch thick. Use a second baking sheet if necessary.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, stir up/toss the mixture using a spatula, return to the oven, and bake for 15 minutes more. Allow to cool and serve, or store in an airtight container for up to four weeks.
