How To make Tagalong Cheesecake
CRUST: 1 Box GS Tagalong Cookies
CAKE: 2 lb Cream cheese
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 T Flour
4 Whole eggs
2 Egg yolks
1/3 c Cream
1 t Vanilla
1 1/3 c Peanut butter
GLAZE: 8 oz Semi sweet chocolate
1 c Cream
1 t Vanilla
1 c Chopped peanuts
CRUST: Crush cookies in food processor. Press crumbs into bottom of 10" spring form pan. CAKE: Preheat oven to 425F. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, flour, whole eggs, egg yolks, cream and vanilla. Beat until very smooth, scraping sides frequently. Pour filling over cookie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425F. Reduce oven temperature to 225F and bake for 50 minutes. Increase temperature to 350F and bake for 7 minutes. Place hot cake in refrigerator to cool overnight. GLAZE: Heat chocolate, cream and vanilla in microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Whisk to blend completely. Place cake on serving plate. Ice top and sides of cake with glaze. Press chopped peanuts into sides for decoration.

Makes 2 pcs rectangular 750ml microwavable tubs, OR 2 pcs 6-inch tin can.
Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed crackers
2 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
Note: sa video po, gumamit lang tayo dalawang half recipe ng crust. Ang kalahati using crushed graham crackers, at yung isa pa na kalahati, using crushed oreo crackers.
Cheesecake:
2 cups or 450 grams cream cheese

1 can condensed milk
1 tablespoon gelatine powder OR gulaman powder
1/4 cup water

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups crushed graham
⅓ cup melted butter
⅓ cup sugar

¼ cup hot water
3 tablespoons gelatine

2 bars cream cheese
1 cup all purpose cream
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Japanese Cheesecake | Super Moist
If you are looking for a Japanese Cheesecake that is fluffy but really really moist then you found it here. I made one before (see my video list under bread and baking) baked at a high temperature consistently for a full hour but I did not achieve the dome, the top cracked and I find the top a bit dry. This time, I adjusted the temperature and achieved the dome I like, it didn't crack and it's really moist and fluffy.
