How To make Tagalong Cheesecake
CRUST: 1 Box GS Tagalong Cookies
CAKE: 2 lb Cream cheese
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 T Flour
4 Whole eggs
2 Egg yolks
1/3 c Cream
1 t Vanilla
1 1/3 c Peanut butter
GLAZE: 8 oz Semi sweet chocolate
1 c Cream
1 t Vanilla
1 c Chopped peanuts
CRUST: Crush cookies in food processor. Press crumbs into bottom of 10" spring form pan. CAKE: Preheat oven to 425F. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, flour, whole eggs, egg yolks, cream and vanilla. Beat until very smooth, scraping sides frequently. Pour filling over cookie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425F. Reduce oven temperature to 225F and bake for 50 minutes. Increase temperature to 350F and bake for 7 minutes. Place hot cake in refrigerator to cool overnight. GLAZE: Heat chocolate, cream and vanilla in microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Whisk to blend completely. Place cake on serving plate. Ice top and sides of cake with glaze. Press chopped peanuts into sides for decoration.

60 gr. Whole Milk / Full Milk
140 gr. Cream Cheese
40 gr. Butter
50 gr. Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour
15 gr. Corn Flour / Corn Starch
5 Eggs (weighs 58-60 gr. each with shell)
100 gr. Fine Sugar
Pan size: 18cm
ATTENTION:
Oven Setting: Top and bottom heat elements without fan!!!
Preheated Oven: 120°C
BAKING STEP 1:
Baking Temperature: 120°C
Baking Time: 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, keep the oven door closed. Increase the temperature to 150°C and continue baking for 15 minutes.

BAKING STEP 2:
Baking Temperature: 150°C
Baking Time: 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, open the oven door and it open for 10 seconds and then close back up. Now lower the temperature to 100°C

BAKING STEP 3:
Baking Temperature: 100°C
Baking Time: 40 minutes
After 40 minutes, turn off the oven. Open the oven door and close back up. Let the cake cool down in the oven for 10 minutes.
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of your oven.
If you want to succeed baking this recipe, I suggest you buy yourself a thermometer to place in the oven.

Homemade Cream cheese
Cream Cheese is very soft and has smooth texture. It is made from milk and cream. The taste is mild, a bit of sweet and slightly tangy. This cheese is famous because it is the main ingredient in cheesecake. It also goes well with crackers, Mac & Cheese, french toast, salad, dips and more.
If cream cheese is not available in your place or you find it expensive you can make your own cream cheese. You just need full cream milk and white vinegar or lemon. You can also add a pinch of salt. Making homemade cream cheese is so easy and you can add your own twist. You can make a flavored cream cheese by adding herbs and fruits to make it more special.
Using Birch Tree powdered Full Cream Milk:
2 liters water
2 cups full cream milk powder
6 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt(more if preferred)
Using Liquid Full Cream Milk:
1 liter liquid full cream milk
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
Using Bearbrand milk powder:
1 liter water
1 cup Bearbrand powdered milk
3 tbsp white vinegar
