Ingredients:
-Chicken 1 Kg
-Yogurt 250 gm
-Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
-Salt 1 Tsp
-Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
-Crushed Black Pepper 1 Tsp
-Chili Flakes 1 Tsp
-Cumin Powder 1 Tsp
-Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
-Mixed Spices Powder 1 Tsp
-Food Color ¼ Tsp
-Onion 2
-Potatoes 2 (50% Boiled)
-Onion 1
-Lemon 1
-Oil 1 Cup
Directions:
-Take 250 gm yogurt in a bowl & add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp red chili powder , 1 tsp crushed black pepper & 1 tsp chili flakes.
-Now add 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp mixed spices powder & ¼ tsp food color.
-Mix well.
-Add 1 kg chicken in it & mix again .
-Now add 1 lemon juice in it.
-Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-Pour 1 cup oil in a pan & add 1 onion in it.
-Fry until it’s color changes & then take out about 1-2 tbsp fried onion for garnishing.
-Now add marinated chicken in it.
-Add potatoes & onions in it.
-Cover for 15 minutes.
-Delicious Tas Kebab is ready to serve.

Turkish Tas Kebab & Vegetable Bulgur Pilav Iftar Menu / Ramadan Mubarak!
In Turkey, we have many kebab recipes besides sis kebab. Tas Kebab is one of them. It has meat chunks, can be from a lamb of beef and potato cubes. A traditional dish in Turkish restaurants and homes. It is usually served with rice pilav but bulgur pilav also can be used. This time I made my bulgur pilav with lots of veggies and meat stock to make it more flavorful and nutritious.
Ingredients for Tas Kebab:
500 grams beef or lamb, cut in cubes
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 sweet green peppers
3 medium-size potatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 tomatoes preferable when in season
salt, pepper
hot water or meat stock from precooked meat we are going to make
Ingredients For Vegetable Bulgur Pilav:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 eggplant
1 carrot
1-2 medium onions
4-5 tbsp olive oil
2-3 green peppers
1 sweet red pepper
2-3 close of garlic
3 medium-size ripen tomatoes
salt, black pepper, sweet red pepper
2 cups coarse bulgur wheat
1 cup meat stock (if you have)
2+1/2 cups or more water (if you don't add meat stock add more water of course)

Tas Kabab Recipe (Tas Kebab) / Persian Beef And Vegetables Stew
Ingredients:
300 Gr beef (cubed)
3 Medium Onions
3 Medium Carrots
2 Medium Eggplant
4 Small Tomatoes
2 Medium Potatoes
1 Medium Quince
3-4 Dried lime
7-8 Pitted Prunes
1/2 Cup Tomato Purée
1 Tsp Persian Spice
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Salt
Veg oil
Water
Instructions:
Pour the oil into the pan. Add the chopped onion and fry until golden. Then add the beef and continue to fry.
Add spices and cinnamon powder.
Pour some water on them.
cover and cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.
*If you use lamb, you don't need to cook the lamb separately*
Pour the oil into the pot.
Pour the ingredients layer by layer in the pot in this order:
Onions, beef, carrots, potatoes, eggplant, quince dried lime, tomatoes and Prunes.
Add turmeric, salt, oil and water.
Finally, add the tomato Purée.
cover and cook on low flame for 1 hour.

Tas Kabab - a traditional one pot meal!
When my mom was in town I had her teach me a wonderful variety of her favourite childhood favourites. This is a hearty one pot meal made with potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, quince, carrots and lamb. You simply put all the ingredients in a pot and let it do it’s thing while it is cooking away on low heat.

VOUS VOULEZ UN VRAI DÉLICE TURC VOICI ( Le Tas Kebab ) Recette Ragoût De Bœuf Fondant

Le Tas Kebab et un plat traditionnel Turc super bon avec une viande tendre, fondant, c'est un vrai délice. Pour avoir un plat réussi, il faudra une viande de qualité, surtout pour ce genre de recette à base de viande!!!
Faire revenir la viande et la plus grande importance dans cette recette, donc respecter bien la façon don moi je lès faits.
Voici comment faire:
Doré la viande dans une casserole fortement chauffer 5 minute, sans mélanger juste au début.
puis mélanger, et laisser mijoter jusqu'à qu'il ne reste plus de bouillon toujours à feu fort. Une fois qu'il ne reste plus de bouillon, il faut absolument mettre à FEU DOUX PENDANT TOUS LE RESTE DE LA CUISSON.
Incorporez l’oignon, et le piment vert, cuisez à nouveau quelques minutes. Ajoutez les épices, et le concentré de tomate, mélangez.
Ajouter 1 verre d'eau et
mélangez 5 minutes, Incorporez, le reste d'eau, et laisser cuire 1h30 A FEU DOUX. Et voilà!

-2 c.à.s concentré de tomate
-demi cuillère à café cumin
-1 c.à.c piment doux en flocons

-piment doux rouge sèche
-au total eau utiliser 1.2 litre.

-2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
- yarım çay kaşığı kimyon
-1 çay kaşığı tatlı pul biber
-1 diş sarımsak
-1 yemek kaşığı un

- kuru kırmızı tatlı biber
-toplam su 1,2 litre kulladım.

-1 clove of garlic
-1 tbsp flour

- dry red sweet chili
-in total water use 1.2 liters.
