Prizewinning CORN BREAD MUFFINS!
If you’re ready to try these PRIZEWINNING CORN BREAD MUFFINS, be prepared to force yourself NOT to eat them all!
If these aren’t the absolute best corn bread muffins you’ve ever tasted, then I’d truly like to know where you found better ones, and how they were better.
This is actually my own enhancement to the recipe that won (several times) the prize for cornbread (muffins? I’m not sure) at National Scouting Jamboree campouts.
So watch this video, try them out for yourself, and let us know how you like them.

MY AUDIO EQUIPMENT - MICS:
Zoom H1n digital recorder:
Rode Smartlav:
I now use this combination to get outstanding audio, which I then sync in post to the videos.
Blue Yeti:
This is my choice for when I record voice directly into Audacity.
Plantronics 85619-12 Headset:
This captures GREAT voice sound during screencast recordings; it records the voice directly into the screen recording, and does NOT pick up extraneous noises.
* Kimafun 2.4G Wireless Mic:
For when I need to move around a lot!
MY VIDEO EQUIPMENT:
* Sony AX700:
I often use a camcorder instead of a DSLR because I often record live shows of more than an hour, and a DSLR has a 30-minute shoot limit. The camcorder does not.
Canon D90 DSLR:
Tamron 17-35mm f2.8
X-Rite ColorChecker Passport (for) Video:
Sony CX260:
This is a VERY LIGHTWEIGHT camera – less than 1 pound (my version is a 2012 model PJ260V) – that still shoots great HD video. I now use this camera as a webcam, along with the following two items.
BlueAVS HDMI Capture Card:
Mini-HDMI to HDMI 15-foot cable:
I use these two items to connect my decade-old Sony Handycam as a webcam; it works great and gives me ZOOM capability on the webcam!
GoPro Hero6 Black:
Super tiny portable, with HD and wide-angle lens. Great for those crazy-angle shots you can’t get any other way.
iPhone 8+ -
This has amazing video capabilities, especially when paired with the next item.
Zhiyun Smooth 4 Gimbal for iPhone:
The iPhone 8+ BARELY fits into this, but it provides no-screen-touch controls for zoom, focus, frame rate, and much more. If you have an iPhone NOT a plus model, it should work even better. If you know of a better gimbal for a larger smartphone like the 8+, please let me know.

The SOFTEST Corn Muffins Recipe (Costco) - Sweet or Savory Cornbread - MOIST & HEALTHY | Danlicious
Today, I'll be showing you how to make the softest corn muffins recipe ever. These are similar to the Costco corn muffins but way healthier with less fat and sugar in them and still taste amazing. These muffins are super moist, light, and fluffy inside with a beautiful golden yellow color that will impress everyone. This recipe is very easy and simple to do and comes together so quickly, making them a perfect addition to parties, potlucks, and barbecues.
You can make them sweet like I am here today, or savory by leaving out the sugar. A drizzle of honey is perfect for the sweet version, and cheese, chives, jalapeno, and bacon is perfect for the savory version. Don't forget to slather some butter on both though!

Corn Muffins
Pastry maestro Ellen Sternau's corn muffins are the best thing America has to offer.
CORA LEE'S SWEET SOUTHERN CORNBREAD MUFFINS
MACK DADDY’S DIVINE KITCHEN: Sugar Substitutes I use: Xlear, XyloSweet, All Natural Xylitol Sweetener and I like to mix an All Natural Stevia together. Stevia in my opinion is sweeter than sugar, The good thing is when your cornbread or corn muffins are golden brown, then you know your cornbread / muffin are done.
Cornbread (Oksusu-ppang: 옥수수빵)
The recipe & tips:
Today I’m going to show you how to make a special Korean-style cornbread that I used to have when I was a kid in elementary school in Korea. The school provided this daily snack to the students just before class was dismissed. We looked forward to it every day, so I have fond childhood memories of cornbread, and of the anticipation of waiting for snack time at school!...
