Grilled cheese. Tomato soup. But not just any tomato soup. It's one you made. And by you I mean me. And by me I mean us. But mostly me. I made the soup. And it was good. Also the grilled cheese.

Lots of great chipotle tomato soups out there but roasting vegetables for any soup is ????
1 chopped red onion
A whole thing of garlic also chopped but no specifically just perfectly
A chipotle pepper if you want some smoky spice
Some olive oil
Baked in a hot room at 425F for an hour ish
Two cans of tomatoes also baked without the juice
Then Those things can go in a pot with some broth and the rest of the tomato juice...I don't know how much broth exactly just some. Make sure it's not too hot
Use your particle maker to turn it all into a liquid
If you use a blender also make sure it's not too hot but they you have to remove the cap on the top and fold a towel over it. If you don't do this the soup could explode everywhere and burn you. You gotta let the steam escape.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt
Some pepper pepper pepper
Some pinches of sugar
cook it

Ingredients:
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 3 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Gajar (Carrots) sliced 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 1 kg
-Water 6-8 Cups
-Chicken stock cube 1
-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1
-Sugar 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried basil 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Olper’s Cream 200ml (room temperature)
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Olper’s cream
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add olive oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add tomato paste & mix well.
-Add carrots,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes & mix well.
-Add water,chicken stock cube,bay leaf,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
-Remove bay leaf,turn off the flame and blend well with the help of hand blender then strain & set aside.
-In a pot,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 30 seconds.
-Add strained tomato mixture & mix well.
-Add salt,dried basil,black pepper powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until thickens (6-8 minutes).
-On low flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Garnish with cream,fresh parsley & serve!

-Tez patta ko nikal lein,chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 seconds kliya paka lein.
-Strained tamatar mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,dried basil aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cream & fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
