How To make Vegan "Eggnog"
20 oz Silken tofu
16 oz Vanilla soymilk
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/2 c Brandy or rum, optional
Nutmeg In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg. Blending thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Serve well chilled & dusted with nutmeg. **NOTE: This vegan eggnog is rather suscpetible to the flavour of alcohol, so you amy want to start with smaller amounts if adding alcohol to your nog & add more as necessary.

THE BEST VEGAN EGGNOG
2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (more if you want it thinner)
10 ounces of roasted Hannah Yam flesh (must be the white ones)
2 ounces of pitted dates
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (optional)
3/4 teaspoon rum extract (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a festive glass and serve with nutmeg, well chilled.
For eggnog ice cream pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays and freeze until firm. Put frozen cubes through a Champion juicer fitted with the blank.

1/2 cup (120g) vegan sour cream
1/2 cup (112g) vegan butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1 1/2 cups (180g) all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

This is our delicious, Christmassy, VEGAN eggnog recipe! This is a perfect festive drink for the holiday season, totally plant-based.
Eggnog is typically made with milk, eggs and cream but we've made it totally plant-based and vegan. It tastes just as delicious and you can have it hot or cold. It's easy to whip up so get a batch on the go! Let us know what you think in the comments.
