1 cup mocha mix 2 tablespoons cream of wheat 2 tablespoons butter -- melted 1 teaspoon wheat gluten 3/4 cup flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons plain yogurt 1 egg 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Soften cream of wheat in Mocha Mix. Add butter, vanilla, sugar, and yogurt. Add egg and dry ingredients. Makes 3 round Belgium waffles.

Such a fun time, having my Mom here to cook with. The coffee was awesome. The waffles were good, but super dry. They really needed butter, but we did not want XO. I would recommend topping them with Berry Wow Spread from THF.
