White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Hello to all our Fox Hallow Fam. Over the past three years Dave and Todd have taken on many recipes. You might say they are nuts. This week join in to learn how to make white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. They are sweet tasty and just a little bit nutty So if you are ready then lets have some fun
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
4¼ cups flour
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1½ cups melted butter
1½ cups light brown sugar, packed
1½ cups white sugar
2 lg eggs plus 2 yolks, room temperature
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 cups coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
• Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt together in the bowl of a stand mixer.
• In a smaller bowl, whisk the melted butter, sugars, eggs, yolks, and vanilla until combined. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until completely combined.
• Add in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
• Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
• Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Using a cookie scoop, roll the dough into balls and place on the baking sheets about 3” apart.
• Bake for 12-13 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned. Centers will look soft.
• Cool completely.

OHH MY! You will never eat a cookie as delicious as these! Super fat chunky cookies with a crispy shell and a soft gooey centre, packed with oozy chocolate chips and crunchy, buttery walnuts.
The cookies in New York were UNREAL and we couldn't wait to get back to the C&D bakery to try our hands at our own recipe. Jemma is still resting up and will be back with you guys soon so in the meantime Dane and Sally have knocked it out the park with this recipe and now you can too! Enjoy!

100g Walnuts (Without Skins)
400g Milk Chocolate Chips
230g Cold Butter, Cubed
160g Caster Sugar
160g Soft Light Brown Sugar
200g Self-Raising Flour
300g Plain Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 LG eggs

White Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars - Lynn's Recipes
A delicious sweet treat. This makes a lot of cookies, so it is great for a family gathering or to take to a get together. Super easy!
Cookie Bars:
2 sticks butter, softened
1 box or bag (16 ounces) light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
Blend butter, light brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together in a mixer. Once this is all incorporated, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until all blended together. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Spread in a jelly roll pan (15-1/2x10-1/2x1) that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated oven at 325° for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely on a cooling rack.
Frosting:
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 box or bag (16 ounces) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and continue beating until all incorporated and smooth.
Spread this mixture on the completely cooled cookie bars. Refrigerate until frosting is hard. Cut into bars and serve on a platter or plate. Keep refrigerated.

This is a unique cookie for sure, but it's definitely a delicious one! Made with white chocolate chips, these Macadamia nut cookies are sort of island-like in flavor! The creamy texture of the cookie is light and moist, which is just what you want!

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup toasted unsweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread coconut on a small baking sheet and set in the oven. Shake and stir every two minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes.
Mix in egg and vanilla until well incorporated.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until no dry streaks remain.
Add chocolate chips, prepared coconut, and nuts. Mix or fold in.
Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies on parchment-lined cookie sheets and bake until slightly golden around the edges, 8-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on pans for five minutes. Then remove to rack and cool completely.
