WW breakfast, 2 point pancakes, salt free, low-fat, so quick and easy!

Applesauce pancakes: 1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup low-fat milk of choice ( I used cashew) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 3/4 cup applesauce 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup of egg beater type product Mix flour and baking powder in large bowl, set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients. Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop and drop pancake batter onto hot griddle. Turn when dry at edge of pancakes. Serve and enjoy! I use sugar free syrup for 0 points. Makes around 12

1 Point Pancakes Weight Watchers Freestyle Ingredients Needed to make 13 pancakes
1 cup of Carbquick baking mix 1/2 cup Kodiak pancake and waffle mix 2 eggs 1 cup of water 2 Tablespoons of Sukrin Gold brown sugar 1 tablespoon Vanilla
Mix all ingredients, preheat grill, scoop a little less than 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake Cook until bubbles form on top , then flip and continue cooking till done
yields 13 pancakes for 1 WW Smart Point Each
Serve with Carys sugar free pancake syrup for 0 points

I have been getting tired of egg variations for breakfast every morning! Today, I tried this version of pancakes and I am obsessed! These were so easy to make and truthfully, they were more delicious than I can remember regular pancakes tasting!
28g (2 tbsp) Kodiak Pancake Mix (I used Dark Chocolate) - 1 Point 2 Eggs 1 Ripe Banana Splash of Vanilla
2 tbsp of batter per pancake made 10 pancakes
I topped my pancakes with Lite Syrup for 1 point and added 3 slices of Center Cut Bacon for 2 Points and added some fresh berries!
As shown, this whole plate is 4 POINTS!
