✅ Pancakes With Tuna ????
Ingredients:
* Milk - 2 Glasses
* Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
* Green onions - 5 Grams
* Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
* Black Pepper - To taste
* Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons
* Wheat flour - 1 Glass
* Mayonnaise - 1 Tablespoon
* Baking soda - 0.5 teaspoons
* Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons (in the dough)
* Chicken eggs - 3 Pieces (2 - in the filling, 1 - in the dough)
* Canned tuna - 200 grams (in its own juice or in oil)
For the dough, you will need milk, flour, eggs, a little sour cream, soda and salt with sugar. For the filling, use canned tuna in its own juice, boiled eggs and green onions for pungency and piquancy. You can take tuna in oil. The dish turns out to be very satisfying and tasty. If you cook snack pancakes for guests, everyone will appreciate the highest score!
???? Step by step cooking ????
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Make pancake dough. Whisk 1 chicken egg into a bowl, add sugar and salt.
3. Shake the egg mixture with a whisk.
4. Add sour cream and soda.
5. Stir the dough again.
6. Pour in half the milk.
7. Pour the sifted flour into the dough and stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
8. Pour in the rest of the milk, some vegetable oil and stir until smooth. The dough is ready.
9. Grease a pan with oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
10. For the filling, boil hard boiled eggs, cool and peel. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
11. Finely chop the green onion into rings.
12. Remove the tuna from the can, mash with a fork. No juice needed.
13. Add eggs and onion to the tuna, stir.
14. Add mayonnaise, black pepper to the filling, mix. Season with a little salt, if desired.
15. Place 1 spoonful of filling on each pancake and wrap.
16. Wrap all spring rolls.
17. Delicious and unusual pancakes with tuna will be in place at a festive table or a family dinner.

Ingredients of Korean Mini Pancakes
1 cup of unbleached white flour or brown rice flour, or 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
1/4 cup of wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 Tablespoon of Ener-G baking powder
1 1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of green onions, chopped
Mix flour, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, yeast flakes and baking powder. Add water and whip with a wire whisk. Stir in green onion. Heat skillet, adding a little olive oil. Add about one tablespoon of batter for each pancake.
Fry until lightly browned on both sides.

1 oz cream cheese
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Directions
In a blender blend all ingredients
Pour on a hot buttered pan cooking each side until golden brown

Easy Potato Pancake Recipe! | Gamja Jeon (감자전)
Ingredients:
3 potatoes
half an onion
cooking oil
Sauce:
1T soy sauce
1t vinegar
1t sugar
a bit of sesame seeds

Easy Potato Pancake Recipe! (감자전)
Step 1 Prep. Ingredients
Peel the washed potatoes with a peeler.
Grind the potatoes with a grater. Also, grate half of the onion.
Put the ground potatoes and onion in the strainer and drain.
Do not throw away water from the ground potatoes and leave for about 10 minutes. In 10 minutes, when you throw out the water, you can see the white potato starch on the bottom of the bowl. Do not throw away this, put it in ground potatoes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the ground ingredients.
Mix well.
Step 2 Making sauce
Add 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. of vinegar, 1 tsp. of sugar.
If you have sesame seeds, sprinkle a little.
Step 3: Frying
Put the heat over medium-high, and put some cooking oil. When the pan is hot, add the grated potatoes appropriately. If you want a crispier taste, put the heat over high at the end to make it more crispy.
Turn it over when the edges are slightly golden brown.
