Barley & stuffed grapes muffins
1.Barley Powder - 500g
Milk Powder - 100g
Coconut Sugar - 25g.
2.The batter should not be too thick or too thin, it should be in a right consistency, so when adding milk make sure you add little by little.
3.Heat a drop of butter into each moulds in pan and pour a spoonful batter into each moulds up to 3/4 full.
4.Cover and cook until the bottom side of
the muffin gets cooked, turn and cook on the other side until it gets cooked and colour changes to golden brown.keep low flame.
5.Make sure you use the cast iron pan, this will help the muffin to cook evenly without darkening at once side.
