MoWino's Veal & Peppers - The Slow Cooker Series
An impactful childhood meal has evolved into a special family memory moment with each serving of Veal & Peppers. The memorable meal inspired and matured with wine and the convenience of a slow cooker. Often considered a luxury meat but for this dish little veal goes a long way. Slow and low cooking the veal makes it mouthwatering tender. Boneless chicken or pork tenderloin medallions can easily be substituted in this recipe. Live Life, Taste Life – and savor the memories!
