How To make 7 Up Refrigerator Dough
5 1/2 c All purpose flour
2 pk Yeast
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 c 7-up
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 Egg
3 Egg yolks
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar and salt; mix well. In a saucepan (or microwave) heat 7-up, water, and butter until warm (120-130~); butter need not melt. Add to flour mixture. Add egg and yolks. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surgace until smooth and elastic, 3-5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover with plastic wrap and foil. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. While dough is chilling, punch down several times. Remove desired amount of dough; refrigerate remaining dough until needed, shape into any of the four following coffecake recipes that will be posted under this subject. -----

How to freeze and defrost pizza dough |How to store frozen dough up to 3 months| Bake N Roll

Ingredrients:
□Free Fermented dough (poolish):
□ Warm water 300 ml or grams
□Type 00 flour 300 grams or 2 1/4 cups (you can use all purpose flour.
□Instant dry yeast 5 grams or 1/2 tbsp
□ honey 5 grams 1/2 tbsp or (sugar)
□Main Dough:
□Type 00 flour 1,250 grams ( 9 2/3 cup)
□warm water 700 ml
□salt 40 grams 2 tbsp
□ Free fermented dough
Note: if you are using cups measurement use tbsp to measure you flour. put flour on your measuring cup using tbsp then level it. to avaoid adding too much flour.
□Homenade pizza sauce:
□Tomato paste 1 can (6 oz)
□ water 3/4 cup
□ onion powder 1 tsp
□ dried basil 1 tsp
□ garlic powder 1/2 tsp
□oregano 1/2 tsp
□ salt
□grated cheese
*In a saucepan put all of the ingredients except cheese. whisk to combined.
*Heat on low medium heat continue stirring until it bubbly.
* Turn of the heat at pur the cheese whisk until cheese melt.
*Let it cool
Toppings:
*You can use whatever toppings you like.
*Mozarella cheese
*Olive oil
Oven temperature: maximum heat. (250°c) Or 500 F°
Baking time: bake the pizza dough first for 10 minutes or until the side of the dough is light golden brown. then put toppings at cheese and bake again until the cheese melt.

ONE DOUGH FOR EVERYTHING - Russian Crazy Dough | Lasts a week in the fridge | KHRUSHCHEV'S DOUGH
One dough that you prepare in minutes and can store for up to a week in the fridge. Makes great buns, mini pies, pizzas, rolls and more.
KHRUSHCHEV'S DOUGH / Russian Lasting Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cube (40-50g) fresh baker's yeast or 2tsp dry yeast (in some sources the dry yeast is given as 7g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (or honey) t
- 200 g butter at room temperature - can be substituted with 100-125мл olive oil or other type of liquid oil
- 250 ml cold milk
-1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)
-3.5-4 cups all purpose flour (The recipe cannot be used with gluten-free flours)

How to Make Ahead a Super Easy Refrigerator Bread Dough

Make a super easy bread dough to leave in your refrigerator! Fresh bread in minutes whenever you want it!
Bread Dough Recipe
3 Cups Lukewarm Water
1 1/2 TBS. Granulated Yeast
1 1/2 TBS Salt
6 1/2 Cups Unsifted Flour
Dissolve yeast and salt in warm water
Add Flour one cup at a time and mix thoroughly to combine
Let rise on counter 2-3 hours
Place in refrigerator
When ready to bake...
Dust top of dough in the container with flour
Pull off grapefruit size piece and shape
Place on parchment paper
Let rest for 40 minutes
After 20 minutes preheat oven to 450 and put the cookie tray on the the middle rack and metal pan on the lower rack so they preheat with oven
After the 40 min. rise slice top of bread (not through)
Place parchment and dough on cookie sheet
CAREFULLY Add a cup of hot tap water to the metal pan on lower rack
Bake 30 min.
Cool on wire rack
Perfect Dough with this trick
