Prawn and Avocado Cocktail (Seafood & Vegetarian Recipe)
This hot and spicy variation of the classic prawn cocktail moves away from the traditional dish and adds interesting garlic and chilli to the mix for a fiery kick with a flavour that packs a punch. Suitable as a lunch meal, or starter, and fantastic for fine dining. Do you have guests coming over? This is the best starter.
The avocado can be used instead of the prawns which makes it suitable for vegetarians. These dishes in the video were cooked on the sailing boat called Mirragio. The seafood cocktail is episode 6 from our Cultured Kitchen series.
