Best Homemade IRISH CREAM Recipe | Make This Super Creamy Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur At Home
Here we have another ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????? for you, and this time is a super creamy ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????. This is video three in a series of videos we have done focused on Holidays Drink recipes. Today's recipe needs no introduction since we are talking about Bailey's Irish Cream. When Tom Jago, David Gluckman, Hugh Seymour-Davies, Gluckman, and Seymour-Davies got together in 1973 to create Bailey's Irish Cream, little, did they know that first and best-selling cream liqueur would become the world's first and best-selling cream liqueur? That is why when the company, Ireland's most successful export when on sale in 2007, drinks giant Diageo jumped at the opportunity and made the acquisition?
Although other cream liqueurs out there, ????????????????????????'???? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? is, by far, the most recognized and best selling. I developed this Irish cream recipe a while back to address a very peculiar trend I noticed at many of my parties. So, why mess with perfection? Why create a ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? recipe? Not because I think that there is anything wrong with the original recipe! As a matter of fact, I buy Bailey's Irish Cream all the time. But instead, because I kept finding too many glasses with like two fingers of Irish Cream in at every gathering. What happens is that many like to enjoy their Bailey's Irish Cream with ice. In Florida weather, ice does not fare very well. So, people keep coming back for a little more, and a little more, and before you know it, you are in a full-blown competition of trying to enjoy Bailey's Irish Cream that s not water down from melted ice! The solution was a recipe that was more creamy and thicker. One that when water down would not be as noticeable. That is how the idea of a basic Cuban punch base known as Crema de Vie ( became one of the most requested Holiday Drinks at all my parties.
???????????? ???????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????? ?????????????????
The first thing I want to si that if you are familiar with other Homemade ???????????????????? ????????????????????, I know this recipe may sound a little weird, but all I ask is that you give it a try since it may very well become your favorite homemade Irish cream recipe. With that said, let's talk about the ingredients needed to make a Baileys Irish Cream at home.
• 1 - Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 - Can of Evaporated Milk
• 1 - Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (The Real thing, Please!)
• 1 - Teaspoon of Almond Extract
• 1 - Teaspoon of Instant Coffee (Consider using Nescafe Classico)
• 2 - Tablespoons of Chocolate Syrup
• 1 - Egg Yolk
• ¼ - Cup of Water
• 1.5 - Cups of Irish Whisky
• a 1 Liter Empty Bottle
???????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????? ????????????????
In a medium to mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of hot water along with one teaspoon of instant coffee, vanilla extract, almond extract, and two tablespoons of chocolate syrup. Mix that well, then add the can of Sweetened Condensed Milk and Evaporated Milk mix that and then add one egg yolk. And yes, that is 100% optional! I know that may sound strange but trust me, it makes a hell of a difference. In my opinion, it gives the Irish Cream a buttery ice cream like texture that is very noticeable. With everything combined, we can go ahead and add the whisky. I am using Johnnie Walker Black Label, and even though it is not an Irish whisky, I think it pairs very well with the recipe. However, stay away from harsh blends, or you will end up with a slite after taste! Since we added an egg yolk, we need to strain our mixture. After straining it and bottling it, please place it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and enjoy it.
Believe it or not, that is all it takes to make this AWESOME and super creamy Homemade ???????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????. Would you please leave me a comment and let me know what changes, if any, you have made to this Irish Cream recipe. As always, thank you for watching, and I look forward to seeing you next week with a NEW video recipe.

Hello, friends!! Wow, you made it to my second vlog!
This recipe makes about 445ml of DIY Bailey’s Irish cream.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (118 ml) heavy cream or all purpose cream
7 ounces (197 ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules (or Espresso if you want a stronger coffee flavor)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (125 ml) Irish whiskey (I used Jameson)
Optional: Organic cacao nibs (used as toppings)
For the HOME-MADE Chocolate syrup:
1/2 cup powdered cocoa
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
A dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together (except for the vanilla). Whisk over medium heat until boiling, stir constantly for at least 3 mins. Remove from heat once it’s fully combined. Add the vanilla and mix well. Store syrup in an airtight container in the fridge - it would stay good for a month.
Feel free to tweak this recipe to your preference! You may add more cream or chocolate syrup or whiskey! Let me know in the comments how it turned out for you. :)
