How To make Baked Pizza Sandwich
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
15 oz Tomato Sauce; 1 Cn, OR
15 oz Pizza Sauce; 1 Cn
1 ts Oregano Leaves
2 c Biscuit Baking Mix
1 ea Egg; Lg
2/3 c Milk
8 oz Cheese; *
2 oz Mushrooms;Sliced,Drained,1Cn
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese; Grated
* Use 1 8-oz package of sliced process American Or mozzarella cheese. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cook and stir the meat in a large skillet until brown. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in half of the tomato sauce and the oregano leaves into the meat mixture. Heat to boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. While the meat mixture is simmering, mix the baking mix, egg and the milk. Measure out 3/4 cup of the batter and set aside. Spread the remaining batter in a greased baking pan 9 X 9 X 2-inches. Pour into the remaining tomato sauce over the batter, spreading evenly. Layer 4 slices of the cheese, the meat mixture, the mushrooms and the remaining cheese on top of the batter and tomato sauce. Spoon the reserved batter on the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the batter top with the grated Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, until it is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Homemade Pizza Sandwich
Ingredients:
American sliced cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Onion (chopped)
Tomato (chopped)
Capsicum (chopped)
Bread slices
Sweet chilli sauce
Eggs
Butter
Beef pepperoni
Method:
First, take an ovenproof square shaped bowl and take 1 tsp of butter and spread the butter inside the bowl. Now, take 9 slices of bread and use a rolling pin to flatten the bread slices so that it becomes a little thin. Then spread some mayonnaise on one side of the bread slices. Now, inside the square shaped bowl, make a layer using 3 bread slices. Then, crack four eggs on top of the bread. Now, put the bowl in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and bake it. After that, put some chopped tomatoes on top and after that make another layer of bread on top using three slices of bread. Then, top the second layer with American cheese slices and bake it in the microwave for another 1-2 minutes and add some chopped onions. Now, make the third layer with three slices of bread and spread some sweet chili sauce on top. Now, put some beef pepperoni on top of the bread. Now, top it with some chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and some chopped capsicum and some small slices of mozzarella cheese and bake it in the microwave for another 1-2 minutes. Now, cut the pizza sandwiches into triangular shapes.
Finally, our tasty pizza sandwich is ready to serve.

Wood-Fired Oven How To: Seeded Sandwich Loaf of Bread Baked in a Pizza Oven
In this video, I share the recipe and the process I go through to bake a seeded sandwich loaf of bread in my wood-fired brick oven (pizza oven) that we built at home.

Makes 2 Loaves
INGREDIENTS
850 g Bread Flour
150 g Whole Wheat Flour
640 g Room Temperature Water
14 g Active Dry Yeast
16 g Kosher Salt
30 g Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp Steel-Cut Oats
2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seeds
Rolled Oats to top
RECIPE
- After grilling or baking pizza in the Pizza Oven, move the coals to the edges of the oven and let it sit about 2 hours
- Mix the Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, and Oil in a bowl until it forms a cohesive unit
- Dump it out onto the table
- Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until smooth
- Add in Seeds mixture to the dough
- Knead the dough another 8 minutes until Seeds are evenly distributed throughout the dough
- Rest for 45 minutes
- Deflate the dough a bit, flatten, and divide into 2
- Preshape each half by forming them into tight balls
- Rest 15 minutes
- Shape the dough to fit into your banneton basket or bread tin
- Spray the tops of the loaves with some water and top with Rolled Oats
- Place into the banneton baskets seam side up, or into the bread tins seam side down
- Rest for 90 minutes
- Clean out the oven about 1 hour before baking
- Wipe the oven floor and place a cast-iron skillet into the oven about 5 minutes before baking
- Score the bread
- Place ice cubes into the cast-iron skillet and place that into the back of the oven to start generating steam
- Place the loaves into the oven, directly onto the hearth, and bake for 24 minutes
- After 12 minutes, open the door to let out some steam
- Enjoy!
