Ingredients:
.wheat flour 1 and 1/2 cup or 240g
.powdered sugar 1/2 cup or 75g
.cold butter 1/2 cup or 130g
.baking powder 1 tsp
.milk 5 tbsp
.if you are using unsalted butter then use 1/4 tsp of salt

Try this quick and simple biscuit recipe the next time you make soup or fry some chicken. Homemade biscuits are just as good (if not better) than what you'd get at KFC. Make sure not to mix it too much otherwise you wont get that light flaky feel to it.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour (sifted)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons shortening
Use pastry blender until crispy
3/4 cup milk
Mix gently
Roll out until 1/2 inch thick
Cut out 2 inch circles
Bake ate 450 °F for 8 to 10 minutes

After tasting these amazing homemade buttermilk biscuits you will never want store bought again, they are super easy and quick to make with just 3 ingredients, and you can double or triple the recipe too... they bake in 15 minutes, and you can't beat that, these buttermilk biscuits can be served with either a sweet filling like jam or honey, or they can be filled with cheese...one of my favorite ways to eat my buttermilk biscuits is with mayonnaise and tomato slices (super yummy! these buttermilk biscuits also freeze real well when individually wrapped,they are sure to please. ❤
INGREDIENTS
Self rising flour
1/4 C. butter flavored Crisco shortening
1 C. buttermilk
HOMEADE BUTTERMILK
Put 1 heaping Tbsp (1 & 1/4 Tbsp is fine)white vinegar in a measuring cup, then fill with whole milk and stir, let sit 5 minutes
● TIP, when I'm done baking my buttermilk biscuits, I usually sift out the little bits left behind in the bowl until flour is very clean, then I cover with a tea towel and place lid on top and put bowl away for next time.
