How To make Blue Shrimp Fettuccine
4 oz Blue cheese
8 oz Cream cheese
1/4 c Parsley
finely chopped
4 Green onions :
finely chped
1 Garlic clove
1/3 c Dry white wine
2 tb half and half
1 t Pepper -- to taste
1 lb Shrimp*
8 oz Fettuccine
Combine room temperature cheeses with wine and cream in 2-qt. casserole. Add seasonings and shrimp (*cooked, shelled and deveined) and bake in 375= * oven until heated through, about 20 minutes. Toss with 8 oz. fettucine which has been cooked according to package directions.

1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tbs onion powder

This is a great recipe for Pasta with Gorgonzola sauce which works perfectly with Asparagus and Shrimp. You can adjust the recipe as you want by adding or removing any ingredient.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for Gorgonzola sauce:
- 400g cream (in all my recipes I use Gran Cucina - vegetable base)
- 150g Gorgonzola cheese (dolce)
- 5g lemon zest
- salt pepper
Ingredients for Asparagus and Shrimp
- 100g of Asparagus
- 70g of Shrimps
- 30g of butter
- 20ml of extra virgin Olive oil
- squeeze of lemon
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Garnish:
- Parmigiano Reggiano flakes
- parsley

SHRIMP ALLA VODKA PRINT RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS WITH GRAM AMOUNTS
For the shrimp brine
1 ¼ pounds (566g) large shrimp - cleaned and tails removed
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Calabrian chili paste or more to taste
For the vodka sauce
1 pound (454g) rigatoni or ridged paccheri - or any tubular pasta you like
7 tablespoons (96g) olive oil - divided
1 medium onion - diced
4 cloves garlic - minced
½ teaspoon Calabrian chili paste
4 ounces (115g) vodka
4 ounces (115g) dry white wine
1 28-ounce (794g) can plum tomatoes - hand crushed or blender pulsed
1 cup (230g) heavy cream
salt and pepper - to taste
¼ cup basil - hand torn, for finishing
1 cup (230g) reserved pasta water to thin if needed - will most likely not need all of it

ps i did call them noodles once but I do know better and am just bad with words.
