How To make Bounty Pie
1 Env. Soup Mix *
1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
2 c Fresh Bread Crumbs
8 oz Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
1 Large Egg
1/4 ts Thyme or Basil Leaves
1 tb Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
6 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 1/2 c Hot Cooked Assorted Veggies
* Choose one of the following soup mixes to use in the recipe: Onion, Onion-Mushroom or Beefy Onion. ~

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine onion recipe soup mix, ground beef, bred crumbs, sour cream or yougurt, egg and thyme or basil. Sprinkle flour into 9-inch pie pan. Press ground beef mixture onto bottom and sides of prepared pan, shaping edges 3/4 inch above pan and forming a center "well". Bake 40 minutes, drain. Fill with 3/4 cup cheese, then vegetables and remaining cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 9-inch glass pie plate, prepare ground beef mixture as above. Heat,
uncovered at HIGH (Full Power) 9 minutes, turning plate every 3 minutes; drain. Fill as above and het 3 minutes on HIGH (Full Power) 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.

If Bounty is one of your favourite chocolate bars, you will definitely like our no-bake bounty tart, which is the ideal dessert recipe for any occasion. This chocolate and coconut tart recipe can be optionally vegan-friendly, dairy-free and lactose-free by using a plant-based butter. The tart is made of an Oreo cookies base, filled with a coconut mixture and topped with a chocolate ganache. Using only 6 ingredients this recipe is super easy and fun to make, and the final result is finger-licking good, definitely worth a try!

Recipe (Serves 8 to 10):-
Tart Base:
28 pieces (308 g) Oreos
2 1/2 oz (70 g) Unsalted butter (Optionally Vegan)
Coconut Filling:
13 1/2 fl oz (400 ml) Full fat coconut milk, canned
7 oz (200 g) Desiccated coconut
3 tbsp. Sugar
Dark Chocolate Ganache:
1/3 cup (80 ml) Full fat coconut milk, canned
4 oz (115 g) Dark chocolate
1/2 tbsp. Unsalted butter (Optionally Vegan)
Top with Coconut flakes

No-Bake Vegan Bounty Tart Recipe
If you like the famous bounty candy bar you will definitely love this no-bake vegan bounty. This chocolate coconut tart is made of 3 layers: the crust of this tart made from nuts and dated, the filling is full of coconut, and topped with vegan chocolate ganache. Beautiful, original and delicious dessert that you will love even if you are not vegan.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
300g (10.5oz) Almonds
230g (8oz) Medjool dates, pitted
3 tablespoons Coconut oil
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
Pinch Salt
For the filling:
1¼ cups (300ml) Coconut cream
125g (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) Maple syrup
3 tablespoons Coconut oil
300g (10.5oz) Desiccated coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the topping:
225g (8oz) Dark chocolate
1 cup (240ml) Coconut cream
Directions:
1. Make the crust: place almonds in a food processor and process until mealy. Add pitted dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup and process until combined and sticky.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of an 9-inch (23cm) tart pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
3. In a small saucepan heat coconut cream, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Bring to a light simmer. Turn the heat off, whisk vanilla extract.
4. Pour the hot mixture over the desiccated coconut. Stir until combined. Transfer the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly. Do not over fill, leave some space for the topping. Refrigerate while making the topping.
5. Make the topping: chop the chocolate, place in a large heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, heat coconut cream. Pour hot coconut cream over the chocolate, let sit 1-2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
6. Pour the ganache over the tart. Spread evenly. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
7. From the remaining coconut mixture shape 8 small balls. dip half of the balls in the remaining ganache. Decorate the tart.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes:
• For the crust, instead of almonds you can use hazelnuts or cashews, or combination of them.
• For the decoration, you can dip all 8 balls in ganache or leave them without the ganache.

Shortbread cookies - 300 g (10.6 oz)
Melted butter - 130 g (4.6 oz)
Put into the fridge for 15 minutes
For the filling:
Gelatin - 15 g (3 teaspoons)
Water - 60 ml (1/4 cup)
Cottage cheese - 600 g (21 oz)
Cream fat 33% - 150 ml (5/8 cup)
Condensed milk - 150 ml (5/8 cup)
Powdered sugar - 100 g (3.5 oz)
Coconut flakes - 200 g (7 oz)
Milk chocolate - 30 g (1 oz)
Put into the fridge for 30 minutes
Form 20 cm
Cook and enjoy!
