1 tbsp or 15ml vegetable oil of your choice
4 hamburger steaks
8oz or 227g box of mushrooms (I used baby Bellas)
1 chopped sweet onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/3 cup or 83ml Maderia wine
2 tbsp or 30g tomato paste
3 tbsp or 45g bacon grease
3 tbsp or 24g flour
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 cups or 750ml beef broth
1 packet of more than gourmet demi-glace – amazon affiliate link -
Salt and Pepper to taste
Rice Ingredients
1.5 cups or 287g rice
1 to 2 tbsp 0r 15 to 30ml vegetable oil
3 cups or 750ml water

Klassisk brun sauce / Traditionel brun sovs - Opskrift # 120
Lær at lave den klassiske brune sovs, som din mormor lavede den. Vi pifter den op med æblecidereddike for en dybere smag, og det er super vellykket! Se ingrediensmængderne herunder!
Ingredienser:
2 spsk. hvedemel
60 g. smør
0,5 liter fond (vi brugte grøntsags)
Laurbærblad
Kulør (valgfri)
1 spsk (æblecider)eddike
0,5 tsk sukker
Salt og peber
Fremgangsmåde:
Smør smeltes i en gryde og mel kommes ved. Lad melen stege et par minutter under omrøring, så ”roux'en” bliver lysebrun, og der kommer en nøddeagtig duft.
Fonden hældes først i en skål, så den kan trække lidt med et laurbærblad.
Tilsæt fonden under omrøring, og saucen tyknes.
Lad saucen koge igennem og tilsmag med salt og peber samt eddike og sukker. Den skal have umami smag. Tilsæt kulør, hvis der ønskes en mere mørk farve. Dette kan dog udelades, hvis man er tilfreds med en lysebrun farve.
Server til klassiske danske retter evt. krebinetter eller hakkebøf. Smagen er dejlig krydret, og den stegte mel giver en lækker nøddesmag.

• 1 - Stick Butter
• 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
• 1 - 12oz Can Evaporated Milk
• 1/2 - Teaspoon of Pepper
Instructions:
• Prepare Milk while butter is melting - 1 CAN MILK to 1 CAN WATER
• Melt butter in skillet
• Once butter is melted add your flour
• Mix flour and butter - Continuously stir until flour and butter mixture cooks to your desired consistency
• Add milk once flour and butter mixture reach your desired consistency (Stirring consistently)
• Once boiling, turn off the heat on your stove
• Let stand for 5 minutes to allow to thicken or serve immediately

Es gibt Linsen mit selbstgemachten Spätzle und dazu gegarte Saiten Würste.
Dazu benötigt ihr:
- 350 g Tellerlinsen
- 4 Wienerle
- 2 EL Butterschmalz
- 3 EL Weizenmehl 405 Typ
- 3 EL Essig
- 1 EL Tomatenmark
- 800g Spätzle
- Zwiebel mit Lorbeer und Nelke
