4 pounds pork back ribs 2 tablespoons paprika 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons red pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 1 teaspoon oregano Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Combine seasonings together well and rub on all surfaces of ribs. Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat and cook, turning every 15 minutes, for 1 1/2 hours. This Cajun smoked Rib recipe was done with both, Baby back and St. Louis style ribs. It has all of those wonderful Cajun flavors that make this one of my favorite rib recipes. Seasoning 6 Tbsp. West Coast Cajun Creole Seasoning 1 Tbsp. Zatarain's powdered crab boil 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Ribs 1 Tbsp mustard as a binder BBQ Sauce 1 Tbsp Butter 1/4 large yellow Onion 1/2 green Bell Pepper 1 stalk Celery 4 cloves garlic 2 Cups Bourbon 2 cups Chicken Stock 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar 1 1/2 cups catchup 1/2 cup yellow mustard 2 tsp Zatarain's powdered crab boil 1 tsp Zatarain's liquid crab boil 1 Tbsp West Coast Cajun Creole Seasoning 2 Tbsp Honey
