How To make Cashew Noodles
8 oz Egg Noodles
(medium)
1 1/2 c Cottage Cheese :
(small-curd) 8 oz Sour Cream
1 c Fresh Mushrooms chopped
1 c Cashew Nuts :
halved
1/2 c Scallions chopped
2 tb Dry Sherry
1 tb Soy Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic :
minced
1/8 ts Ground Red Pepper
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Combine cottage cheese and next 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Add cottage cheese mixture to noodle mixture; toss gently. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes of until thoroughly heated. Recipe By : -----

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashews
2 cups water
220g cremini mushrooms
1 red onion
3 pieces garlic
2 pinches of salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp + 2 tbsp chili oil (
1/2lb fusilli
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup plantbased cheese
few sprigs parsley
Directions:
1. Blend the cashews and water in a high powered blender until liquified (soak the cashews overnight if you don't have a high powered blender). Set aside the cashew cream
2. Bring a pot of water to boil for the pasta
3. Slice the cremini mushrooms and dice the red onion. Finely chop the garlic
4. Heat up a sauté pan to medium heat. Add in the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tsp chili oil and sauté for another couple of minutes. Set the mushrooms aside
5. Boil the fusilli (or pasta of choice) for 1min less to package instructions
6. Place the sauté pan back on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp chili oil followed by the red onions. Sauté for 3-4min. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
7. Add the tomato paste and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add in the white wine. Stir and cook for a few minutes
8. When the pasta is done, save about 1/4 cup of pasta water. Strain out the pasta. Add the pasta water to the sauté pan along with half of the cashew cream
9. Give the pan a good stir. Add in the pasta and mushrooms. Stir and cook for another minute (beware not to overcook as the cream can thicken quite quickly)
10. Turn the heat off and add the plantbased cheese. Give the pan a stir
11. Plate the pasta and garnish with freshly chopped parsley

Ingredients:
400gm K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks
Half pack Egg noodles
1/4 cup Cashew
3 Red chilies (dry)
1/2 cup Green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 tsp White sesame seeds
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Spring onion (chopped)
Ingredients for sauce:
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Sugar
Directions for Cashew Noodles :
1. Heat water, add pinch of salt, oil and boil egg noodles in it. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Toss with a bit of oil to keep them from sticking. Set aside.
3. Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside
4. In a wok heat oil and fry cashews for a minute, take them out.
5. In another wok add oil and sauté garlic for a minute then add red chilies whole and fry.
6. Add ketchup, vinegar, sriracha, salt, chili flakes, red chili powder, sugar and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
7. Then add green and red bell peppers. Sauté them for a minute as well.
8. Add boiled egg noodles, cashews and prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks to the wok.
9. Stir until everything is coated in the sauce evenly for a minute.
10. Remove wok from heat. Dish out and top noodles spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

کا جو 1چوتھائی کپ
خشک سرخ مرچیں 3عدد
سبز شملا مرچ آدھا کپ
سرخ شملا مرچ آدھا کپ
سفید تِل 1چائے کا چمچ
کھانے کا تیل 1کھانے کا چمچ
ہرا پیاز 1کھانے کا چمچ
سوس بنانے کے اجزاء:
کھانے کا تیل 1کھانے کا چمچ
لہسن 1چائے کا چمچ
کیچپ 1کپ
سرکہ 2کھانے کے چمچ
سریراچا سوس 2کھانے کے چمچ
نمک 1چائے کا چمچ
کٹی لا مرچیں 1کھانے کا چمچ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ
چینی 1چائے کا چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک پین میں پانی گرم کر کے اس میں نمکڈالیں اور ایگ نوڈلز ابال لیں۔
اب نوڈلز میں تھورا سا تیل ڈال کر مکس کریں تاکہ وہ چپکے نہ۔
پیکٹ پر دی گئی ہدایات کے مطابق K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunksتیار کر لیں۔
اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کریں اور اس میں ایک منٹ تک کاجو فرائی کر لیں۔
پھر ایک دوسرے پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کرکے اس میں ایک منٹ لہسن بھون لیں اور سرخ ثابت مرچیں ڈال کر فرائی کر یں۔
اب اس میں کیچپ، سرکہ، سریراچا سوس، نمک، کٹی لال مرچیں، لال مرچ پاؤڈر اور چینی ڈال کر تین سے چار منٹ پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں سبز اور سرخ شملا مرچ ڈال کر ایک منٹ بھون لیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور چولہے سے اتار لیں۔
اب اس پر نوڈلز،ہرا پیاز اور سفید تِل ڈالیں۔
تیاری کا وقت: 15منٹ
پکانے کا وقت: 30منٹ
