Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole | Delicious! and healthy I will never stop cooking this food

My family loves this delicious and healthy recipe.
If you make a vegetable casserole with me, you will discover a whole new flavor of broccoli and cauliflower. I hope you enjoy my delicious simple and easy recipe. I am happy to prepare all the recipes for family and guests.
▶️ Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
1 Broccoli
1 Cauliflower
2 small onions
2 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
Vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of flour
7 oz / 200 g Mozzarella cheese
1 oz / 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper,
1 tsp paprika,
½ tsp dry parsley.
salt
Bake for 25 minutes at 390°F / 200 °C.

Loaded Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
6 slices bacon, cut 1/2-inch thick
2 medium heads cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets (3 to 4 pounds total)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups shredded Cheddar
4 scallions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
2/3 cup sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cook the bacon in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown and crispy, 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings.
Put the cauliflower florets in a 3-quart casserole dish. Toss with the reserved 2 tablespoons bacon drippings, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Roast until the florets are soft and begin to brown, about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together the cream cheese and 1 cup of the Cheddar in a medium bowl until well combined. Dollop over the cauliflower, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup Cheddar and bake until the cauliflower is tender when poked with a knife and the Cheddar is melted and bubbly, 5 to 7 minutes more.
Dollop the sour cream evenly over the casserole and sprinkle with the scallions and reserved bacon pieces.

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
2 cups grated Parmesan
6 ounces goat cheese, cut into small pieces
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Layer the cauliflower, heavy cream, and the 3 cheeses in a medium casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft and the sauce has thickened slightly. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Cook’s Note
Recipe can be doubled and made in a roasting pan.

Get the full recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 large heads cauliflower
6 tbsp. butter, plus more for buttering dish
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. shredded white Cheddar
1 c. grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400º. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook cauliflower until tender, 8 minutes. Drain well.
2. Butter a large baking dish. Add half the cauliflower and pour over half the heavy cream. Dot with half the butter, sprinkle with half the garlic, cheddar, Parmesan, and thyme. Repeat with remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
3. Bake until cheese is melty and deeply golden, 30 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes, then serve.
