How To make Cheesecake Breadring
BARB DAY:
1 pk Hot roll mix
8 pk Cream cheese; softened
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 tb Vanilla
1/2 c Sour cream
2 Eggs
6 tb Butter; melted
OVEN TEMP: 350 SOFTEN YEAST FROM ROLL MIX IN 1/4 CUP WARM WATER. COMBINE THE MIX AND 1/4 CUP SUGAR. STIR IN THE YEAST, EGG, SOUR CREAM AND BUTTER. MIX WELL. PLACE DOUGH IN GREASED BOWL, TURNING ONCE. COVER AND CHILL 2 TO 3 HOURS. TURN DOUGH ONTO FLOURED SURFACE. ROLL THE DOUGH INTO A 18" CIRCLE. FIT INTO A 6 CUP MOLD RING, ALLOWING SOME DOUGH TO HANG OVER THE EDGES.(DOUGH WILL COVER THE CENTER HOLE.) BEAT CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR AND VANILLA TILL SMOOTH. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. POUR INTO MOLD. brING DOUGH FROM SIDES OVER THE TOP OF FILLING. SEAL TO CENTER OF MOLD. CUT AN X IN THE DOUGH COVERING THE CENTER HOME. FOLD THE FOUR trIANGLES BACK OVER TOP OF RING, SEALING TO OUTER EDGES. LET RISE UNTIL ALMOST DOUBLE, 1 TO 1 1/2 HOURS. BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL WOODEN PICK INSERTED INTO FILLING COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN THE PAN 10 MIN. TURN OUT ON A RACK, SPRINKLE WITH CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND SERVE.

Hey guys! My sister found this recipe and asked me to try it out. It was a HIT!!!! Its perfect for the holidays for that WOW factor. Super rich and DELICIOUS. Its a Buzzfeed recipe so you know its quite tasty.

For the Banana Bread:
4 bananas RIPE! (mines could have been a little bit more lol)
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups flour (ap)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cheesecake:
32 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
Set oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and
add the oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
Next add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until just combined. Don’t over mix
Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Until the top is set.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until combined. Make sure the cream cheese is soft.
Microwave the milk for about 2 minutes, until hot, then add the gelatin powder. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved (about 5 minutes)
Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese and whisk again until smooth.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the banana bread crust.
Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
