396 7/8 g Whole Wheat Flour 170 1/8 g White Flour 300 ml Milk and Watermix 1 ts Honey 1 pk Yeast 1 ts Salt Mixed Herbs 12 sl Cheese (Your choice) 1.Mahe a yeastdough and let it rise. 2.Roll out dough thinly and cut into 12 squares. 3.Put a slice of cheese on each square and sprinkle some mixed herbs over all. 4.Roll up the squares from one side into little horns, bend a little. 5.Put them on a cookiesheet and let them rise once more. 6.Brush with a little milk and bake at 325 C ca. 25 minutes. BUTTER MIXTURE: butter 150g Flour 50g
FOR BUTTERFLY BUN: dry fruits includes Raisins Cashew nuts Almond Pistachios Cherries Dry apricot
Dough to be rolled in a circular shape.
FOR CHICKEN CHEESE HORNS: chicken stuffing Mozzarella cheese slices
Dough was rolled into rectangular shape.
TIPS: * leave the dough for 5 minutes after every steps to rise. Do not jump to the next step immediately. Let the dough rest.
*Do not leave the dough after brushing egg mixture. Put it in the oven immediately.

Kausi 2; Jakso 44: Suolaiset ja makeat täytetyt sarvet - Tapahtuu mummolassa !
Laita kädenlämpöiseen maitoon suola ,sokeri sekä hiiva. Vaivaa yleiskoneella hetki ja lisää sitten jauhot, juustoraastetta sekä voi ja vaivaa koneella jonkun aikaa,kunnes muodostuu kunnon pallo. Laita taikina nousemaan lämpimään paikkaan. Kohota kaksinkertaiseksi. Sillä välin pilko sipuli ja paprika sekä pehmennä ne paistinpannulla tilkassa öljyä. Laita uuni kuumenemaan 200° asteeseen. Ota kohinnut taikina ja jaa se kahtia. Kauli yksitellen taikinapuolikkaat pöydällä pyöreäksi ja jaa 8 osaan. Laita täytettä leveämpään osaan ja kierrä sitten rullalle. Taivuta sitten savea hieman muotoon. Anna kihota kinkkusarvet muovin alla. Voitele kananmunalla ja ripottele päälle juustoraastetta ja seesaminsiemeniä. Paista 200° n.10- 15 minuuttia,kunnes ovat kypsiä ja kauniin kullanruskeita.
Tee foliosta isoja kartioita. Leikkaa sulaneet tainalevyt 4-5 suikaleiksi. Öljyä tavallisella ruokaöljyllä hieman foliokartioita ja ala sitten kietoa taikinanauhoja kartionympärille niin, että edellinen on aina reilusti toisen nauhan päällä. Kunnes kartio on sopivankokoisesti päällystetty taikinalla. Paista uunissa n.200° asteessa kunnes kartiot ovat kypsiä. Irroita foliot heti mutta anna sitten sarvien jäähtyä kokonaan. Vatkaa kerma sillä välin. Täytä ensin pohjalle lakkahilloa, väliin kermavaahtoa taas hilloa ja lopuksi kermavaahtoa. Tomusokerihunnutus tekee viimeistellyn vaikutuksen.

Ham and cheese horns: dough: 4 dl milk 0.5 tsp of salt 1 tablespoon of sugar 30 g of yeast 6 dl wheat flour 75 g of grated cheese 1 tablespoon of butter
filling: 1/2 onion 1/2 bell pepper (can be different, I had red and yellow) 100 g grated Emmental cheese 100 g of ham grits
on top of: 1 egg sesame seeds grated cheese
Add salt, sugar and yeast to lukewarm milk. Knead with a universal machine for a while and then add flour, grated cheese and butter and knead with the machine for a while, until a decent ball is formed. Put the dough to rise in a warm place. Increase to double. In the meantime, chop the onion and pepper and soften them in a frying pan in a drop of oil. Preheat the oven to 200° degrees. Take the puffed dough and divide it in half. Roll out the dough halves one by one on the table into a circle and divide into 8 parts. Put the filling in the wider part and then roll it into a roll. Then bend the clay slightly into shape. Let the ham horns heat up under the plastic. Brush with egg and sprinkle grated cheese and sesame seeds on top. Bake at 200° for approx. 10-15 minutes, until they are ripe and beautifully golden brown.
Sweet Horns:
5 ready-made tart dough sheets Cloudberry jam Whipped cream
Make big cones from the foil. Cut the thawed dough sheets into 4-5 strips. Oil the foil cones a little with regular cooking oil and then start wrapping dough strips around the cone so that the previous one is always well above the second strip. Until the cone is covered with dough to a suitable size. Bake in the oven at approx. 200° until the cones are cooked. Remove the foil immediately, but then let the horns cool completely. Meanwhile, whip the cream. First, fill the bottom with Cloudberry jam, in between with whipped cream, again with jam and finally with whipped cream. Powdered sugar veiling makes a finished effect.
