How To make Chicken Cynthia
8 T Flour
1/2 t Pepper
4 ea Chicken breasts,large,halved
2 T Onion,chopped
1 1/2 c Chicken stock,hot
4 T Sherry
1/4 lb Grapes,seedless
2 t Salt
1/4 t Paprika
10 T Butter or margarine,softened
1 c White wine,dry
1 T Lemon juice
2 ea Oranges,peeled/sectioned
1. Combine 6 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Roll chicken breast halves in seasoned flour.
3. Heat 6 tablespoons butter in large ovenproof skillet; brown
breasts in butter lightly on both sides. 4. Lower heat; cook gently 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with onion; add white wine and bring to a boil.
6. Cover pan tightly; bake in preheated 350'F. oven 20 minutes.
7. Work remaining flour and remaining butter together in a bowl with a
fork. 8. Add hot chicken stock to make a paste; mix well.
9. Add flour paste, lemon juice and sherry to chicken; cover and bake
15 to 20 minutes longer.
10. To serve, arrange breasts on heated platter; spoon sauce over
chicken. 11. Garnish with orange sections and grapes.

Chef Cynthia's Magic Chicken Pie Recipe:
Melt 4 Tablespoons of butter in 9x13 oven safe dish.
Add two “cut up” chicken breasts on top of butter.
Add two cups of your favorite raw vegetables cut into bite size pieces to top the chicken in dish.
Sprinkle on 1/4 cup of onions.
Add one cup grated cheddar cheese.
In a bowl mix till combined 1 1/2 cups of milk with 2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix. Pour over cheese.
In a bowl mix till combined, two chicken bouillon cubes with 1 1/2 cups chicken stock. Whisk in one regular size can of “cream of chicken” soup. Pour over the casserole.
DO NOT STIR!
Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Boneless chicken strips 300grm
All purpose flour 2tbsp
Corn four 2tbsp
White pepper powder 1/2tbsp
1egg
Salt as per needed
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Baking powder 1/2tbsp
Little chilled water
1big onion roughly chopped
1capsicum roughly
chopped
8to 10 garlic cloves finely chopped
2green chillies finely chopped
2dried red chillies
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp red chilli sauce
2tbsp soya sauce
8to 10 roasted cashew nuts
Coriander leaves
2tbsp sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Method
To the chicken add all purpose flour, cornflour,pepper powder,salt, baking powder,ginger garlic paste,egg and pour little chilled water mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes
Aftr marinating deep fry the chicken strips and keep aside
Then keep a pan for heat add 3tbsp oil add garlic cloves saute it add dried red chillies .. onion green chillies and capsicum fry until it became softer ..then add soya sauce ,chilli sauce and 1tbsp sugar mix well ... Now add fried chicken strips in it Nd mix well finely add roasted cashew nuts coriander leaves and sesame seeds mix once all the ingredients and turn off the flame ....serve hot
