How To make Chili Brunch(Inn)
12 eggs
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
or to taste
1 teaspoon pepper :
or to taste
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1 4 ounce can mild chilies -- diced
1/2 cup melted butter
In a large bowl mix all of the above ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight if desired. Bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes.
Serve with a tablespoon of mild salsa and sour cream on top.

To make Honey Chilli Potato
Potato - 6 Nos
Corn Flour
Garlic - 2 Tsp
Ginger - 2 Tsp
Green Chilli - 2 Nos
Onion - 1/2 No.
Capsicum - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp
Chilli Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
Honey - 1/4 Cup
Spring Onion Whites
Sesame Seeds
Oil
Method:
1. Wash and clean the potatoes, cut them into thin long pieces and put aside.
2. Boil some water in a pan and add salt to it.
3. Drop in the cut potato pieces and boil them until they are soft but not mushy.
4. Strain the potato pieces and keep them aside. Let them cool down completely.
5. Dust the boiled potato pieces with some corn flour and keep them aside.
6. Pour oil for deep frying in a kadai and heat it up.
7. Drop in the coated potatoes gently and then fry them for approximately 3-4 minutes until they turn golden brown in colour.
8. Remove them from the oil and keep them aside on a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
9. Take a wide pan and add oil. Add chopped garlic, ginger to it. Saute them slightly and add the green chillies.
10. Add in the onions and saute until they are transparent. Add the chopped capsicum.
11. Now add salt, pepper, red chilli powder and mix it all well.
12. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix it all well.
13. Keep the flame on a low and add honey. Mix it all well.
14. Add in the fried potatoes and mix it all well to make sure the sauces coat the potato pieces fully.
15. Finally add in the chopped spring onion greens and sesame seeds. Mix it all well and turn off the stove.
16. Serve the crispy honey chilli potato hot and nice.

So today, I am going to show you all a very tasty Honey Chilli Potato which is sweet and hot in taste. It is best served hot as starters/appetizers with some tomato ketchup by the side. Since it is slightly sweet in taste, kids are going to love this dish for sure. So do try this Indo-chinese style starter sometime and enjoy it with your family and friends.
