1 pk (8 oz) Philadelphia Brand
-Cream Cheese, softened (I'm sure your store brand -would work) 1/3 c Granulated sugar
1 Egg
1/2 c Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
-Chips (or any brand) CUPCAKES: 2 Squares Baker's Unsweetened
-Chocolate, melted 1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 1/4 c All purpose flour
1 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Water
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
From: Baker's Chocolate Cookbook FILLING: powdered sugar (optional) HEAT oven to 350. BEAT cream cheese, 1/3 cup granulated sugar and 1 egg til smooth. Stir in chips; set aside. BEAT melted chocolate, oil, flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, water, 1 egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in large bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended and smooth. Spoon 1/2 the batter evenly into 18 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Top each with 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture. Spoon the remaining batter evenly over cream cheese mixture. BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes or til toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from pans to cool on wire racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Preptime: 15 minutes. Bake time: 30 to 35 minutes.

Preheat Oven to 150C fan assisted (170C non fan)
2 Eggs
125ml Buttermilk
125ml Coffee
105ml Vegetable Oil
140g Plain Flour
185g Caster Sugar
35g Cocoa Powder
35g Choc Chips
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
COCONUT CREAM
50ml Double Cream
50ml Coconut Cream
BUTTERCREAM
250g Softened Butter
400g Icing Sugar
2-3 tbsp coconut cream
GANACHE
175g Dark Chocolate
90g Double Cream
90g Unsalted Butter

Surprise Cupcakes w/ OREO Cream Cheese Frosting
Haii guys! Yay! Two videos in one week! ^~^
So today I made these delicious oreo filled cupcakes with a Oreo cream cheese frosting. These are super moist cupcakes and perfectly topped with a sweet and tangy cream cheese Oreo frosting. Hope you guys try this recipe out its truly one of my favorites.♥️

Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
Yields: 12 cupcakes
RECIPE FROM THE AMAZING

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 oz chocolate
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk (for a substitute: add 1 1/2 tsp vinegar to regular milk & let sit for 5 min)
1) melt together the butter & chocolate in the microwave for 30 sec intervals
2) in a separate bowl whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt.
3) in another bowl mix together the eggs, vanilla extract, and both sugars.
4) next, add everything else in thirds: add 1/2 of the dry ingredients, then all of the buttermilk, lastly add the last half of the dry ingredients.
5) scoop about 1 tbs of batter at the bottom of your paper lined cupcakes tins. Add a whole (or half) of an Oreo and cover it with 1 more tablespoon of batter. Smooth out the top using a spoon.
6) bake at 350 degrees F, for 18 min APPROXIMATELY . Let cool completely before frosting

Oreo Cream Cheese Frosting
Yields: frosts about 12-16
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
Oreo crumbs
1) cream together the cream cheese & butter until smooth.
2) add the powdered sugar half at a time to the butter & cream cheese mixture.
3) next add the vanilla extract. After, add in the Oreo crumbs.
4) load into a LARGE tip fitted pastry bag and frost cupcakes (you can also use a spatula or spoon instead to frost like what I ended up doing)

If you are an Oreo fan, you will LOVE these cupcakes! Fluffy chocolate cupcakes with Oreo surprise at the bottom and cookies and cream frosting at the top. Ingredients:
For the cupcake:
1 cup (125g) All-purpose flour
1/3 cup (40g) Cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 Egg, large
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (175g) Sugar
1/2 cup (120ml) Buttermilk
1/3 cup (80ml) Vegetable oil
1/2 cup (120ml) Water/coffee
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
12 Oreo cookies
For the Oreo butter cream:
1/2 cup (115g) Butter, softened
1½ cups (190g) Icing sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 Oreo cookies, crushed
2-3 tablespoons Milk/heavy cream
For decorating:
Oreo cookies/mini oreos
Directions:
1. Make the cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. Place one Oreo cookie at the bottom of each cupcake liner. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add sugar, stir and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl whisk all wet ingredients except coffee/water.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk just until combined. don’t overmix.
5. Scoop the batter into cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
6. Make the buttercream: in a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes. Beat in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating in between. Add vanilla extract, milk and beat until incorporated. Add crushed Oreos and fold until combined. Transfer to a piping bag.
7. frost as desired.
8. Decorate the cupcakes: top the cupcake with a mini Oreo, whole Oreo cookie or halved Oreo cookie.
