How To make Cindy's Crock Pot Meatloaf
Ingredients
2 1/2
pound
ground beef, extra lean
1
each
onion, minced
1
each
garlic, clove, minced
1
cup
mushrooms, minced
1
cup
summer squash, shredded
1
cup
carrots, shredded
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
1
each
tomato, or cream of mushroom soup, can
1 1/2
cup
bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 1/2
cup
milk
Directions:
Soak bread or cracker crumbs in milk. Mix meat, seasonings and soaked crumbs thoroughly. Make meat mixture into loaf and pour the soup over top. Bake in crock pot 10 to 12 hours on low. If using oven, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Note: If you have a food processor, make the cracker or bread crumbs with the metal blade first, add them to the milk, then use the shredding blade to shred the vegetables.

Cindy Stout - Nummy Nummy Meatballs
Meatballs:
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Cup Dry Stuffing Mix
1 1/2 Teaspoon Beef Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning or Meat Rub
8 ounces (1 Tub) Onion and Chive Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
Sauce:
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients for meatballs together very, very well. Shape into
bite sized balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour
turning half way through if desired.
For sauce mix soup and broth together and heat well, stirring frequently.
When meatballs are done add to sauce and serve.
