Crab Dip
I love anything crab. Add ooey gooey cheese to the crab and I’m a happy person. If I’m at a party and there’s crab dip, that’s where you’ll find me. This is my version of a hot crab dip and I’m sharing with you my secret ingredient that I add to it. I didn’t want to leave this out of the recipe and I know this secret ingredient isn’t readily available but that’s what makes this dip so special. If you can find it, add it! You won’t be disappointed. That secret ingredient is, Nduja. A spreadable pork sausage that adds a ton of flavour. Everything about this dip is amazing and everyone will be asking you about it, trust me. Just remember where to tell them to go to get it. Enjoy!
What is Nduja? plus an awesome sandwich recipe

Add the crab and some of the cheese (save some to put on top) and gently fold in to incorporate. Transfer to a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese has melted. Broil for a couple minutes if you want to brown the cheese and then garnish with some chives. Grab pita, crackers, bread or a big spoon. Enjoy!
Until next time, ciao!

Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese
3 tbs butter
1/4 cup diced onions
3 tbs green onions
1/4 cup diced celery/diced bell red bell pepper
1-2 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup sherry wine (optional)
8 oz lobster meat (can sub shrimp)
1 lb crab meat (lump or claw)
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbs lemon juice
8 oz cheddar jack cheese
8 oz parmesan cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar (to top)
Salt, pepper, onion powder, creole seasoning
Hot sauce (to taste)
2 tsp Worcestershire
Parsley to garnish
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Prep veggies.
Begin by melting butter in cast iron skillet. Add onions and celery (and bell pepper if you have it) and cook thru. Add garlic once onions are done cooking. Now add your lobster or shrimp and cook thru. Add sherry wine (optional) and cook off about 2 minutes. Next, Add in your cream cheese and melt/incorporate. Add lemon juice, green onion, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and sour cream - mix to combine. Begin seasoning at this point and taste as you go. Add in crab meat and mix to incorporate.
Turn the heat to low and slowly mix in your cheese until everything is melted. Adjust your seasoning here to your preference, and top with your remaining cheese.
Place in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is browned and dip is hot/bubbly. Garnish with parsley and any remaining crab meat (and/or lobster/shrimp) for presentation. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted baguettes.

Creamy Crab Dip | Southern Living
Fresh crabmeat is a Southern favorite, and we like it served for any meal of the day, in omelets, salads, and soups. This recipe is easy to whip up in a jiff.
Crackers still work well with this dip, but try serving it with celery sticks for a healthier twist. It's also delicious when spread across toast points or crostini. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and run them under the broiler for a few seconds. You can make a complete, hearty meal by topping a hot baked potato with some Creamy Crab Dip, or spoon it over the sides of just-out-of-the-oven roasted potatoes.
