How To make Cream Cheese Roll
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Softened margarine or butter
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Salt
2 pk Active dry yeast
1/2 c Warm water (110 degrees)
2 Eggs, beaten
4 1/2 To 4 3/4 cups all-purpose or
-bread flour
Heat sour cream and margarine on low heat until margarine starts to melt. Stir in sugar and salt. In large bowl, sprinkle yeast in warm water, stirring until yeast dissolves. Add sour cream mixture, eggs and 4 cups flour. Stir, adding additional flour until dough is not sticky. Knead for 3-4 minutes on lightly floured surface until dough is smooth. This is a very soft dough. Place in greased bowl, turning once. (Dough may be refrigerated overnight and made into rolls the next day.) Let rise 30 minutes. FILLING: 3/4 cups sugar 2 packages (8-oz) cream cheese, room temperature 1 egg, beaten 1/8 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla Prepare filling by creaming sugar with cream cheese; add egg, salt and vanilla. Divide dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each on floured surface into 8 x 6 inch rectangle. Spread 1/8 of cream cheese filling on each. Roll up beginning with long side. Pinch edges and fold ends under slightly. Place rolls seam side down on bakng sheet coated with non-stick spray. With kitchen shears, cut each roll diagonally at 2 inch intervals, 2/3 of the way through roll to resemble braid. Cover; let rise in warm place until double the size, approximately one hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. While warm, may be spread with a glaze of: 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp

Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 400g
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Italian herbs 1 tsp
-Gajar (Carrots) chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Olper’s Dairy Cream ½ Cup
-Mayonnaise 3 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
Prepare Crepes:
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Water 1 & ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ¾ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Cheddar cheese slices
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add garlic paste & mix well.
-Add black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,salt,Italian herbs,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add carrots & mix well.
-Add capsicum,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add cream,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add mayonnaise & mix well.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Crepes:
-In a bowl,add eggs,milk,water & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour,salt & whisk until well combined.
-Add cooking oil & whisk well.
-Grease 9-inch frying pan with cooking oil,add 1/3 cup of prepared batter,spread evenly & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden.
Assembling:
-Place cheddar cheese slice on one side of crepe,add prepared creamy chicken filling (2-3 tbs),fold all sides and roll it.
-Dip into whisked egg & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 10-12).
-Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 18-20 minutes,brush oil on crepe rolls (flip in between once after 9-10 minutes).
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 200C for 10-12 minutes,brush oil on crepe rolls (flip in between once after 5-6 minutes).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Preheated oven mein 200C per 18-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein,crepe rolls per oil laga lein (flip in between once after 9-10 minutes).
-Preheated air fryer mein 200C per 10-12 minutes kliya air fry ker lein,crepe rolls per oil laga lein (flip in between once after 5-6 minutes).

How to make a soft and fluffy sweet cheese rolls bakery style. This recipe yields 12 cheese rolls
Here's what you'll need:
3&1/3 cup all purpose flour (416g)
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 egg
½ cup water (125ml)
½ cup milk (125ml) (fresh milk or evap)
3 tbsp butter (salted or unsalted)
cheddar cheese sticks 20grams each
2 tablespoons oil for the bowl
softened butter
sugar
OVEN - Baking time may vary depending on your oven's specification. I'm using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
YEAST - Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there's one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.
MILK- you can use evap or fresh milk, lukewarm or room temp.
