How To make Creamy Peach Pie

3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c All purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Nutmeg
4 c Sliced peeled fresh peaches*
1 c Heavy cream
1 Unbaked 9" pie shell
Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; add to peaches in bowl and toss lightly. Arrange in pie shell; pour heavy cream over peaches. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Cool well before serving. Garnish with whip cream if desired. * Or use apples and cinnamon
