red wine, burgundy suggestd

veal stock (skip if too full)

teaspoon
thyme leaves

parsley leaves

mushrooms, fresh, optional

onions, pearl, optional
Directions:
Remove giblets and neck from chicken. Stuff garlic and bay leaves into chicken cavity. Place in crockpot, breast side down, and add onions, carrots, and potatoes. Add wine and seasonings. If there is still plenty of room in the crockpot, add stock. Remember that chicken juices will raise the liquid level in the crockpot during cooking. Cook on LOW all day.

175 grams of bacon strips
1 winter carrot
250 ml. Red wine
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 chicken broth cube
pepper
salt
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
2 bay leaves
250 grams of chestnut mushrooms
1 pot of silverskin onions (340 grams)
