How To make Crockpot Spinach

Ingredients

frozen spinach, chopped (10 oz pkgs)

cup
cottage cheese, cream style
1/4
cup
butter
1 1/2
cup
american or cheddar cheese
3
each
eggs
1/4
cup
flour
1
teaspoon
salt

Directions:
Thaw and drain spinach. Squeeze as much water as possible. Cube cream cheese, butter and cheese. Add to drained spinach. Slightly beaten eggs. Add flour, salt and combine with spinach and cheeses. Grease crockpot. Cook 1 hour at high; 4-5 hours on low.
