How to Make Fudge - Fantasy Fudge - Easy and Delicious
Hello everyone! In this video I made some delicious Fantasy Fudge for the holidays and even added some walnuts but you could add any other nut of your choice. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Have a great day!
Ingredients
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cups of butter or margarine
2/3 cups of evaporated milk
1 12 oz. package of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Spray a 9x13 pan with a non-stick spray then put a piece of foil in pan pressing it into pan with excess hanging off sides to make it easier to pull fudge out of pan.
2. Mix sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Stirring until sugar is dissolved. Bring mixture to a full boil stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and then add in chocolate chips stirring it until chocolate is melted and thoroughly combined.
4. Beat in marshmallow creme, walnuts and vanilla extract until completely combined.
5. Pour mixture into your prepared pan and let it cool until it sets before taking out of pan and cutting.(put in fridge to speed process of setting)

Recipe: Marshmallow Fudge
This is a great recipe for marshmallow fudge.
Marshmallow Fudge:
3 cups (600g) sugar
1 1/2 cups (100g) mini marshmallows
2/3 cup (170g) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 3/4 cups (400g) semi-sweet chocolate
2 cups (200g) chopped walnuts or other nuts (optional)
3/4 cup (170g) butter
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Mix it together. I used a spoon to break up the butter. Heat over high heat, stirring frequently. Once the mixture comes to a good, rolling boil, set a timer and boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat. Add chocolate and marshmallows as well as vanilla and stir until everything melts together into one consistency. Add the nuts at the end and stir them in. Pour the warm mixture into a lined casserole dish and spread around. Allow to set for several hours at room temperature. Put in the fridge to set faster. Once it is set, it should be easy to remove by lifting the baking paper. Use a knife to cut into small squares.

Classic Fantasy Fudge Recipe
This classic fantasy fudge has a little bit of everything. It's sweet and chocolatey, of course, but it also has a wonderful texture thanks to the addition of chopped nuts.
