Easy Baked Not Fried Donuts (Under 20 Minutes)
These Baked Vanilla Donuts are healthy since we are not frying them in oil. They can be eaten as such or with sugar or chocolate glaze. They taste so good. They are so soft, fluffy and lightly sweet. For this recipe we need a donut pan, rest are all simple ingredients like milk, butter, flour, sugar and baking powder. They can be made under 20 minutes since baking time just 8-10 minutes. Homemade Chocolate Donuts
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Khameer (Yeast) 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) Warm ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 5 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) Warm ¼ Cup
-Khameer (Yeast) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) powdered 1 tbs
-Vanilla extract ½ tsp
-Ande ki zardi (Egg yolks) 1 & ½
-Makhan (Butter) Melted 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) Melted 1 tbs
-Oil for frying
Chocolate Glaze:
-Cheeni (Sugar) powdered ¾ Cup
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 4 tbs
-Vanilla extract 1 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) Melted 2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add yeast,milk warm,all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Cover with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add milk warm,yeast and mix.
-Add flour-yeast mixture,salt,sugar,vanilla essence,egg yolk and beat well.
-Add butter and gradually add all-purpose flour, knead well to form soft dough and makes 8-10 medium size donuts.
-Cover and refrigerate for 1 & ½ hour or until doubles in size.
-Knead dough again and make a ball,divide into two equal pieces.
-Roll out dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut with a doughnut cutter and leave for 20 minutes.
-In a wok, heat oil (maintain oil temperature at 190 c while frying) and deep fry donuts on each side until golden brown.
-Dip doughnuts into the chocolate glaze and set onto wire racks to drain off excess and sprinkle with colored sprinkles immediately after glazing.
Chocolate Glaze:
-In a sauce pan,add milk,butter melted,vanilla essence,sugar,cocoa powder and keep stirring until sauce thickens.

-Makhan dal dein aur thora thora ker ka maida daltay jayein aur ache tarhan ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein, 8-10 medium size ka donuts bana lein.
-Dhak ker 1 & ½ hour ya size double hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Dubara dough ko ghond lein aur ball bana lein,do equal piece mein divide ker lein.
-Dough ko round shape mein rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Doughnut cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein aur 20 minute kliya chor dein.
-Karhai mein oil garam karein (oil ka temperature 190 C rakhein frying kertay hoye) donuts ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak deep fry ker lein.
-Doughnuts ko chocolate glaze mein dip ker ka wire racks per rakh dein aur upper sa colored sprinkle dal ker serve karein.
Chocolate Glaze:
-Sauce pan mein doodh,makhan melted,vanilla essence,cheeni aur cocoa powder dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein yahan tak ka sauce garha ho jaye.

Brown Butter and Bourbon Maple-Glazed Doughnuts

Ingredients
Doughnuts:
Nonstick spray
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
2/3 cup pure cane granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Glaze:
1/2 cup grade B maple syrup
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
Directions
Special equipment: One 12-cup or two 6-cup doughnut pans, preferably nonstick; a pastry bag
For the doughnuts: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup doughnut pan with nonstick spray.
Put the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, swirling occasionally, until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Transfer the brown butter to a measuring cup and set aside.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until smooth; then whisk in the buttermilk and vanilla until combined. Add the flour mixture and half of the brown butter (1/4 cup) to the egg mixture; mix until just combined -- DO NOT OVERMIX.
Transfer the batter to a pastry bag and fill the doughnut pan about three-quarters full. Bake the doughnuts until light golden brown and just baked through, about 8 minutes; (They will be darker on the bottom, where the batter cooks against the pan, than on the top.) Set the pan on a baking rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Remove the doughnuts from the pan and place them directly on the baking rack. Set the rack over some parchment or foil before glazing.
For the glaze: Bring the maple syrup and the remaining half of the brown butter (1/4 cup) to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the bourbon, cook for 1 minute, and then remove from the heat and whisk in the confectioners' sugar until smooth and slightly thick. Transfer the glaze to a shallow medium bowl and leave to thicken slightly. Drizzle the glaze over the doughnuts, sprinkle the pecans on top, and serve.

Instructions In English:
1. Sprinkle some flour on baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl add all purpose flour, butter, milk powder, salt, dry instant yeast, powdered sugar, egg yolk, milk and make a dough.
3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes or more on a floured surface.
4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until ½ inch thick.
5. Cut the donuts with a donut cutter. (also cut donuts with a round cookie cutter and small bottle cap)
6. Put the donuts on floured baking sheets.
7. Now Place the donuts somewhere warm to double in size.
8. Fry the donuts in oil on low flame until golden on both sides. (carefully add the donuts into the oil, a few at a time)
9. When the donuts have cooled, roll them in sugar to coat evenly or dip the donuts into the melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.

190 g milk, 7 g instant dry yeast
35g sugar, 7g salt
1 egg
350 g Bread flour
Butter butter 40g
Sugar for topping

Milk, eggs: use cold in summer
Milk, eggs: room temperature in winter
Fry while maintaining the oil temperature at 180°C (356°F).
Never increase the oil temperature too much.
After cooling, add sugar to prevent the sugar from melting.
