Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp. Green chilli, chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
5 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
2 tsp. Frankie Masala
Salt, to taste
Coriander leaves
For the marination:-
1 Onion, cut in ring shape
3-4 Green chillies, chopped
½ Capsicum, sliced
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
¼ cup Vinegar
For the assembly:-
Chapatis
Butter
2 tsp. Chilli Sauce
1 tsp. Tomato Ketchup
Cabbage, finely chopped
Method:-
- In a kadhai heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, onion, potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Frankie masala, salt, coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
- Keep aside and let it cool down to room temperature.
- In a bowl mix all the marination ingredients and make a marination.
- In a pan roast a chapati and apply butter to it.
- In a small bowl mix chilli sauce with tomato ketchup and apply it to the roasted chapati.
- Assemble the rest of the Frankie as shown in the video.

We all love street food, don't we? But it is unhealthy to eat it on regular basis and hence chef Varun has come up with a solution! He brings to your kitchen the most popular frankie. In quick and easy steps learn to make veg frankie at home with chef Varun Inamdar only on Rajshri Food.
Ingredients
For The Rotis
1/2 cup refined flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp oil for kneading
Water as required
For The Stuffing
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
4 large boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes
3/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 cup chopped coriander
salt to taste
For filling
1 tbsp vinegar
1 chopped chilly
1 tbsp chaat masala powder
Shredded cabbage
Tomato ketchup
Method
- In a bowl add together refined flour, whole wheat flour, salt to taste, oil and water.
- Mix all the ingredients together and start kneading.
- Once done, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- In a pan heat some oil, while the oil is heating up crush some garlic and once done add the garlic into the oil until it turns brown.
- Mash the potatoes and add them into the pan
- Mix it nicely and evenly then start adding salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, coriander powder and once cooked turn off the flame.
- Make lemon size ball of the dough and apply some oil over them.
- Roll it into a flatbread with rolling pin.
- Place the flatbread on a heated pan and cook until there are few bubbles on the surface
- Flip it and sprinkle some oil and take off the flame
- For assembling apply some ketchup on the flatbread then top it up with shredded cabbage, place the cylindrical shape of potato mixture
- In a bowl make mixture of malt vinegar and chillies
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and top it up with cheese
- Roll the frankies
- Veg Frankie is ready to be served.

Ingredients:
• Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
• Turmeric powder q tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Black salt 1 tbsp
• Anardana powder 1 tbsp
• Aamchur powder 3 tbsp
• Cumin (jeera) powder 1 tbsp
• Garam masala 1 tbsp
Methods:
• Mix all the powdered spices well and your frankie masala is ready, store them in an airtight container in fridge. Use according to your consumption.

* 1 tsp Turmeric powder
* 1 tbsp coriander powder
* 1 tbsp black salt
* 1 tbsp Anardana Powder

* 1tbsp cumin powder
* 1 tbsp Garam masala
steps :
* Take a jar and add all the ingredients listed above and mix well
* You can also sieve the mixture through a strainer to get
homogeneous or a finer mixture
* Store in a air tight container
* Preferably store in a refrigerator

Paneer - 200 Gms
Curd - 3 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp

To Make Vegetable Salad
Onion - 1 No. Thinly Sliced
Capsicum - 1 No. Thinly Sliced
Carrot - 1 No.
Cabbage
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp (Optional)

Method
Take the chopped paneer in a bowl, add curd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala powder, salt, lemon juice
Mix well and let it marinate for 20 mins
to make the mint and coriander chutney, take a mixer jar and add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, curd, water and grind them to a smooth paste
Add kala namak and mix well. The chutney is ready, keep it aside
Heat a pan with some oil and fry the marinated paneer for 5 mins and keep them aside
In a large bowl, add onions, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, chaat masala powder
Mix everything well
Heat a chapati before assembling the frankie, you can either use fresh chapatis or pre made chapatis for this recipe
Take a chapati, spread the mint chutney onto it, layer it with the vegetable salad, place the fried paneer pieces, and roll the chapati as shown
Paneer frankie is done, serve it hot
